Four of us went on a Saturday 8am till 4 30pm. Really enjoyed the spa and treatments. The therapist is very chatty and friendly. We all had a back massage and a facial. The Hideaway area is perfect to relax in and wear the robes provided. Comfortable eggs chairs and loungers with cushions and blankets. Slippers are an extra cost. Coffee and tea were available complementary in the Hideaway. It would be nice to have some water and herble tea in there also. Pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were all available to use. Some broken / absent tiles need repair on the seats in the rooms. Free lockers using a token from reception desk. Showers are hot and clean. Large gym with modern equipment. Also gym classes were available for us to join. Cafe area is nice - it would be nice to have some healthy options to choose from instead of burgers and chips. A gluten free menu and a breakfast menu would of been ideal for us. Or even an afternoon tea which we could of eaten in the Hideaway. Shame the cafe closed at 2.30pm. The spa & gym closed at 4.30pm. Voucher deal 1 day visit, very staff, especially Amber who did my massage! Great pool, good temperature - private lane to myself!! Sadly Jacuzzi not working properly but really enjoyed my day. Relaxation was a highlight 😀👍 Over the last few years, every time we visit the area we join Oasis for the month we are here. Very reasonable fee to be able to use all facilities. Their pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi are all together in one part of the building, very clean facilities and have been an absolute necessity with the terribly cold weather. So relaxing. Go in the morning, easy to get a swimming lane to do uninterrupted laps. Plentiful parking right outside and excellent cafe within with wonderful smoothies, shakes, breakfast menu and fantastic customer service from staff. Other members very helpful and social making me feel completely comfortable visiting solo or with partner. My friend introduced me to the gym. Staff and members are very friendly. Equipment all good quality. Pool, jacuzzi, room, and are great. Great facility with a truly serene pool, sauna, and jacuzzi for escapist pleasure. Love this great gym I've had a fantastic experience at this gym. The facilities are top-notch, featuring a clean, modern environment that instantly makes you feel welcome. The staff is knowledgeable and always eager to help, creating a supportive atmosphere that caters to all fitness levels. One of the standout features for me is  the swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, perfect for relaxation and recovery after a workout. This gym really prioritises customer experience, making it more than just a place to exercise but a community hub for health and wellbeing. Highly recommend to anyone looking to enhance their fitness journey. Fantastic gym, great facilities and staff. Special mention to a guy called Ryan who's usually in the changing rooms making sure all the guys are ok. He even offered to spot me in the shower, I'm not sure what that means tbh. The place is pretty nice. Gym machines are a bit outdated but the area, and jacuzzi are nice. The had a strange smell. Receptionist was welcoming and helpful “Georgia did a fantastic job presenting the fitness center! Sauna and are great, but what's most important for me is that the staff is always helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Tracy the manager for helping me out on multiple occasions and providing superb customer service :) Had a full body massage with Scarlett very chatty and she and have a good laugh and helpful showed us around came in tence feel a lot better Recently had a water works class with Ryan, it was absolutely brilliant recommend to anyone, Also I would recommend Ryan’s circuit training class, blumming hard work but also fun.
