Excellent place had a fantastic time. My son (2 years) absolutely coming here. One of the best plays we’ve got within a reasonable driving distance. We always book in advance and have never had an issue getting a decent table space. The have always been really and it’s always clean and tidy. I love the fact it’s easy to get around as an adult too, the other ones we’ve been to always make my back hurt having to stoop down so much. Came here today with my little lad, free parking and is massive! my little lad really enjoyed himself only dislikes are... Que to get In, que for food and drink especially at the start of your session and adults was charged £1 each entry with I don't get! Child was charged £6.95 for 2 and half hours which is not bad. As you can see some drinks can work out expensive if you got few we nipped in shop nxt door cans of pop 70p! your not allowed to bring food and drink in with you but this is my money saving tip! One of the best centres that we've been to. The toddler is huge in comparison to some. It's also very secure. The food was decent and the were friendly. Large with seperate section for younger and babies. Can spend so long her letting run wild to burn lots of energy. Selection of food and drinks available with a large of seating to view the area. Great venue for parties which can be held during opening times or can be private. Only downside is when it is general opening older down always stick to just the large and run around in the little ones messing around and parents down watch their or aren't available to remove them from the area. My grandson coming here 2 1/2 hours of there's a cafe Took the yesterday and this place was amazing, it is the biggest indoor zone we've been to. The main for the 8yr old was absolutely brilliant for him.....the separate for our 2yr old was amazing for her, so much to do.....we will definitely be going back. Wonderful indoor playground. Biggest climbing frames we've ever seen. Great fun and great food too. Took the grandchildren here to wear them out. They love it here. It was quite busy. Jug of juice reasonable for them, and coffee nice too We stayed at Haven Cleethorpes which doesn't really have any sort of and most Haven areas aren't great. However, the Magical Castle is a great find and right on the door step off Haven. It's got lots for to do, it's well thought out and maintained really well. It's very much worth visiting and worth the money too. Our son had a great and to be fair so did the adults as it's a good sized for most ages. My son to climb And ny daughter the ball pit The loved it they had a blast there's alot to do to keep them entertained seemed will definitely visit again No game for baby Amazing experience at Magical Castle in Cleethorpes. The place is spotless, well run, and full of things that keep the moving for hours. are and switched on, which makes the whole visit feel easy and safe. The areas are bright, well designed, and perfect for a wide range of ages. The café is reasonably priced and the food is better than you expect from a play. My came out grinning and already asking when we are going back. Strongly recommend it for a stress free family outing. Came for a holiday this place look great so we took our kids, what an amazing place. enjoyed it so much. Drinks and food are good and prices, we didn't book just walk if they have availability they accept. Toddler was amazing too everything you need is there! Recommended Always go here whilst visiting my mum. When my now toddler was smaller, the small children's was brilliant. He has grown with it and still very much enjoys this space. It is adult enough that you aren't breaking for back and lots of space. The main is huge, and my now 2 1/2 year old is starting to explore it. Lots of different paths and activities Best I've been with my boy for long time, Set times so worth planning your visit. Loads todo and the only I saw my lad was when he came back for a drink I was going to book a on line but the site does not work, filled all my details in the boxes and got no further.I gave up in the end sorry you lost a customer. Really lovely play, we were staying in a local caravan nearby and wanted to try it out. The is massive and very clean. I also like the allocated table you get as it’s really helpful to have your own table. The best we have been to in the for babies and toddlers. A huge baby with its own ball pools and lots of space to crawl around. large for and grown can accompany their little ones. Lots of things to run across, climb, jump and slide down. They do sell food and drink but you can also take your own in, as I did. Overall: 2/5 Stars I held my child's birthday at this venue, and unfortunately, it was a mixed experience. While the hosts were incredibly helpful and the genuinely enjoyed themselves, there were several significant issues that need addressing. Firstly, the placement of the sweet cones was poorly managed. They were placed in front of the at the beginning of the party, only to be told they couldn't eat them there. This led to unnecessary disappointment and tears. Secondly, the cake I had paid £80 for was ruined by the staff. They cut it and wrapped it in tissue, damaging the fresh cream decoration. I was not informed beforehand that we couldn't eat the cake at the venue. Additionally, a knife was left unattended on the table, posing a safety risk to the children. In hindsight, I regret paying for the full package. Considering the issues we encountered, I would have been better off simply paying for entry. Overall, the felt disorganized and poorly managed, turning what should have been a joyful occasion into a stressful one. Quite expensive on weekends and during school holidays. It’s not that worth. There were empty tables available, but we weren’t allowed to sit there as they were reserved. Surprising that a place like this need to book a table. Ordered a coffee for £2.50 and it was nearly the size of an espresso. You’re better off choosing areas in Hull or nearby cities rather than Cleethorpes. Disappointment. Our 6 year old son this place, due to his sensory needs he couldn't cope at first over the last year we've gradually built up his at the sessions now he it, goes running in full of excitement with the biggest smile on his face and it's become one of his safe spaces and never wants to leave. He's even having his first ever here in November, something we never thought would be possible. The are super and helpful, food/ drinks are reasonably priced and delicious. Don't know what we'd do without this place ❤️ Had my sons here last weekend 15/11, we went for private hire 6-8pm. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, they was very helpful and attentive, food was great! Will definitely be back again for a private hire!
