Legjobb👏 So I got at this pastry shop around 8am with my girlfriend, the lady behind the counter seemed really professional and took our order for cake that was to be picked up in the evening. As later I wanted to let the business know the exact time when we were going to pick up the cake I called the number that was listed on Google. It seems that the owner answered the phone and I had a very polite conversation with him. An hour later when we got there to pick up the cake hell broke loose. As soon as the lady(same lady) saw us made a remark about us calling the owner, I explained the situation but the lady started making inappropriate statements - insisting about me being tired and belittling me in front of my girlfriend. The lady even started asking questions about my profession and when I replied that I am a programmer she said something along the lines of my brain being cooked. Now guys if you're trying to run an honest business this is not an acceptable way to treat a customer. If calling at the phone listed on Google is so disturbing for you maybe you should install a telephone line in the pastry shop and not put the client directly in contact with the owner. I didn't expect to create so much hassle just by calling a phone number to let know that I am coming to pick up a cake.
