This was a marvelous park,even that the weather was pretty awful. I will definitely come back here. It's an excellent place for a refreshing walk, enjoy the nature, all green. It's a good place for children since there is a playground inside. You can admire several types of trees and plants, there is also a greenhouse with exotic species. It has 2 toilets on both ends which are for free. There are tennis courts, a hippodrome and of course the castel museum. It is a pleasant place to spend half a day. Close by you can find restaurants and terraces. In the winter it has also a skating rink and on the small hills children are riding sleigh. Lovely green spot of the city. english style free in the middle of the city. There is also a greenhouse with plants from every continent. Worh a walk, highly recommend. I recently visited the dendrological in Carei and it left a great impression on me. The has a variety of plants from around the world which would delight any nature enthusiast. Even better, admission is free! The also houses the Karoly Castle, which is a great addition to a relaxing afternoon walk. It's a perfect spot to take a relaxed walk with family or friends due to its peaceful environment and scenery. There is no parking available on site, so visitors should plan ahead and on the premises. Nevertheless, I highly recommend visiting the dendrological in Carei - it's a hidden treasure that's worth exploring. A must see if you are in Carei. The palace is very nice and the museum has a lot of interesting things to see. Don't miss the synagogue it is needby.
