Love this walk, worth a visit The Rougey is a circular taking in of the Atlantic Ocean from Rougey and Bundoran's bustling Main Street in County Donegal. It is a moderate and care should be taken on exposed sections in windy or wet weather. Start from Bundoran Tourist Office and follow the path along the promenade passing Waterworld and Bundoran's Blue Flag Beach. The continues on around the headland with the Atlantic Ocean on one side and Bundoran's Championship Golf Course on the other side. On reaching the far end of the follow the road back into town until you reach the junction with the main road. Breathtaking towards Tullan Strand and Mullaghmore on the opposite side. This is a must for anyone visiting Bundoran!! Great Beautiful spot for an evening walk, sunsets are always a show stopper. Watch for dolphin on a calm day surfers on the rough ones. The ocean always puts on a good show after a storm so make sure to bring your camera. Fabulous of sliabh liag to the north and mullaghmore to the south. Very pleasant evening with great views. Well maintained walking path with beautiful view. On nice day you definitely gonna enjoy it, highly recommended This is a nice gentle along the cliff top. It is a tarmac track so suitable for wheelchairs and prams. The starts near the beautiful beach of Bundoran and takes you into the heart of the town where you will find plenty of local shops, cafes and restaurants.
