The restaurant was empty and looked cold and dated. The place resembled a toy shop more than a restaurant. We were served by people who looked like they didn't know what they were doing and would of preferred to be elsewhere. That said the food was ready when they said it would be. My wife's was ok but mine was poor quality. We won't be returning anytime soon It was probably one of the best Chinese meals I've eaten, the staff were extremely friendly. The quality of ingredients and dishes are at odds with the location and tired and worn furnishings/decorations, which is a shame. We enjoyed the chefs special options, portions were very generous and flavoursome. We will definitely be back. Are you serious?! First and last time. You should feel ashamed. The restaurant dining room should also not look like a living room with kids toys. The premises was filthy dirty the carpet stank and it was freezing. God only knows what the kitchen area was like. Chips were refried and disgusting. Rice and chicken nuggets were cold and tasteless. The chicken curry was like something you'd give to the dog. All the food was cold and congealed. Don't waist your money. Such a great surprise. The pub you walk through isn’t so nice but when you get upstairs it’s good. Staff really warm and food was lovely. The food was AMAZING, the portions were the Perfect size and the service was very friendly and nice. They refilled our prawn crackers as mamy times as we wanted. Definitely recommend.
