Well maintained & spotlessly touring caravan site. Situated in a perfect location 2 minutes walk from Rossnowlagh & 10 minutes drive to Ballyshannon which has everything you need. Really enjoyed our 3 nights & will definitely be back. I had a wonderful stay. Recommended! The was immaculate, the facilities excellent (hot water, soap, etc) and spotlessly clean. Plus the owners were kind, considerate, courteous, supportive and helpful beyond the call of duty. There is a stunning nearby and I camped listening to the sounds of the sea. Thank you. Can't understand all the great reviews for this place. We were motorhoming, so pitches appear to be at the back of the full site. Yes, the toilets/showers were very clean, and approx 10 min walk to the beach. We arrived on 1st Sept at approx 2pm. Reception was locked, so had to phone, then got a call back, and a text, giving codes to the toilets and, any problems give them a call as they aren't too far away, but far enough they can't be bothered to man the reception desk. Plenty of pitches available, but no views, either looking onto caravans, or into peoples houses and vice versa. Sat for half an hour then left. Messaged them to say, "Hi, we're not going to stay, we weren't expecting to effectively be looking into peoples houses and they looking into us. I'd appreciate a refund." Messaged them later to see if they had received my text, and requesting a response. Still waiting on the reply, which is pretty poor form. Don't waste your money. We stayed for 3 nights at the start of May. Beautiful compact campsite with good sized pitches and located very close to the beach. Facilities were spotless. Kudos to the owners. We will be back This was a very nice, well organised campsite and the facilities were spotlessly clean. There was a belfast sink for washing out kit which was great. We enjoyed staying here although have only given is 4-stars as the wasn't quite as remote as we'd anticipated/hoped for in County Donegal, being surrounded by houses very close to the boundary. However, it was and only a short walk to a lovely and so is to be recommended. Location is very close to the beach, and clean. Water and electric on each pitch. The toilets and showers were immaculately as were the waste facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful, all in all an excellent site. Dogs welcome ( kept on leads) Boortree is a fabulous spot right in the heart of Rossnowlagh. A and well maintained caravan park, we spent a bank holiday weekend with 25+ degree temperature - not often seen in Donegal. Spacious pitches. and tidy bathrooms. Toilet facilities & showers are very and well maintained, staff are very friendly and regularly every day. It is in a location and Beautiful Rossnowlagh is a short walk away. Booretree Rossnowlagh is definitely a great place to stay, either for a base for exploring Co Donegal or for a holiday in Rossnowlagh. Definitely worth a vist. We have stayed at Boortree several times in our motorhome. It is the best we have ever stayed at as it suits our needs perfectly. It is quiet, spotless clean, in a fantastic location close to the and Marie and John are more than helpful. We like the fact that the campsite is not too big with a peaceful relaxing atmosphere. Would highly recommend. The Boortree is our closest caravan and we always make a trip every year. The is in a brilliant location as you can walk to the in 10 minutes. It is kept very tidy and recycling bins are used. The showers and toilets are kept immaculate by the staff and they are very helpful if you need any help or any questions. We had a wonderful stay at boortree caravan - the facilities were spotless and the campsite was great for kids due to locality to and tarmac so they could play on their bikes and scooters.
