I had a bad experience there. I was surrounded by Indians who were behaving like they were in India meaning loud and careless. Apart from this it was a nice waterfall. It was raining for the last 3 days so there was a lot of too. It's a very remote place so it's sad to see it being interrupted by the cross culture immigrants. Very beautiful place. Plenty of people stopping here get here very early if you'd like. Peace and quiet One of the taller waterfalls of the 10-15 we visited across all of Ireland. We were lucky enough to visit on a very warm day. We threw on our swimwear and went for a swim in the very cold water, but it was totally worth it. Do yourself a favor and go to the nearby beach (maybe 10 minutes down the road), it’s one of the most scenic in the world, but you have to go during low tide. The whole ride out is scenic. Be mindful of the sheep as you drive up the mountain. Many photo ops . Great views. An amazing little that's easily accessible and easy to have a swim in the pool. We had a picnic and enjoyed our visit and we visit it each time we come over on holiday 👌 Very good waterfall, especially in terms of accessibility, parking just beside the and access via country road, you can enjoy scenery and view of cattle on the way. Care needs to be taken on turns as some people drive fast. The best part is it is safe and kids and people with accessibility needs can come and enjoy. We want after rainfall days and it was wonderful with good flow. Worth the visit only being 20 mins of the main road. Nice and quiet spot A beautiful waterfall. The flow was steady. There is a small area to park but after 7 cars it is full. We went late afternoon & it wasn't too busy. If ypu want to see the true beauty of donegal you have to visit this which has its place in my heart. The drive to the fall is scenic as well and the fall itself is great with just 10 to 15 steps away from where ypu can park your car. There is a space for small car park available as well which would be full almost at public holidays. The is no washroom facility available so be careful with it. The nearest washroom would be at the texeco petrol station in the city We caught this the day after Storm Bert had passed. The was over bursting and spraying the roadway. Little shrines to the goddess on the left hand side. Very powerful nature spot. Nice that is very close to the ocean. Pretty drive. What a display we were treated to, and right on the side of the (parking safely off road). Afrer the recent rainfall, this 300 feet (95 meters) definitely demonstrated the force of nature and the power that can be produced. What a spot for a cold dip, but maybe when it's not quite so forceful. Well worth the mostly single lane road. Best visited after couple of days rain for best experience. We were here on rainy day so there was a lot of and demonstrated power of it. Recommend to stop here when traveling on N58, it is just a few minutes detour. Stunning waterfall, but care needs to be taken when driving to it.
