Rather frustrating as tees, fairways and bunkers were in great condition. Sadly, they had just started Greens maintenance and every hole, including those yet to be worked on were temporary greens. Charged full price and no mention was made of temp greens. Once the greens maintenance has been completed, suspect this would be a great course and especially challenging in high winds. Fairways not very helpful tho' - very dry and providing unpredictable bounce but greens were top notch - fast and true. Links course in excellent condition with some long par 5 holes. Long grass in rough to be avoided at all costs! Amazing views across English Channel. Great clubhouse and pro-shop. Played Wimereux golf course last Monday. Hidden gem. WINDY WINDY played Monday honestly say I've never played in more difficult conditions 40-45 mph wind 🤯😂😂😂 decent enough course nice clubhouse wouldn't play it again as people were wearing jeans playing golf this is outrageous 👀 The course was in very bad condition overall If you want to do 18 holes in under 5hrs go somewhere else!! When we played 18 holes on 3 occasions there was 14 people waiting on the tee however I should look in the bright side as the rest of the 15 tee boxes there was on 11 golfers waiting at one time. They should consider employing a Marshall but if they already have one they should employ another one. Played golf over most of France and I would say that this was the worst!!
