Good choice of food and not too expensive. place to take the Overall cleanliness was pretty poor. areas dirty and not clean, bubble gum embedded into areas and not removed, disappointing especially considering the were literally standing around doing very little on a quiet Sunday . My 7 month old loved the baby room, but there was not much for my 17 month old niece who cannot walk. A price though and well maintained. Really play. Our 19month old loved it. Lots of different areas for them to and lots of different things for them to do. The food and drink options were good too. The biggest toddler we have seen in plays we've visited. The higher up you go the dirtier it is too. The place needs a big deep clean. Our family are dust allergy sufferers so it’s a bit of a nightmare for us. experience for our 1 year old twins. Thanks very much, we will definitely be back🙏 My Daughter had her 5th here this July, we hired out the whole place once closed and I honestly couldn't be happier with how it all went. The went above and beyond, they were so accommodating and kind and made everything run so smoothly. They were happy for me to bring in my own decorations for the tables and helped me set it all up, I left them to put the decorations on the cake I had come with and candles and honestly it looked amazing, overall I would highly a here. Massive thank you to everyone involved again. My daughter had the best day. My son had his 5th here and he and his friends had a time! The are so helpful and friendly and just couldn’t do enough for you. The homemade pizzas were delicious and went down a treat! The value for money is brilliant and the whole place is lovely and clean. Fantastic service and for the kids. Try the pizzas, they are excellent. I often bring my 18 month old as she absolutely loves it I have to say out of all the local centre's we now only visits this one it’s always and tidy the food is spot on a wide verity to choose from and always very tasty and they offer dairy free options. The food is also reasonably priced. The are always welcoming and friendly. We visited again last week and they have now opened a baby sensory room it was fab and my little girl enjoyed exploring. we can’t wait till our next visit x Had an amazing experience at Playworld. Excellent lay out, food and coffee, really reasonable prices and also the cleanest I've ever been to too! Anytime we come here, the absolutely love it. The are all amazing and always make you feel welcome. The separate sections for different ages are brilliant and we cannot forget the food. They cater for all dietary needs, homemade hearty food and are more than happy to add or take off items on a meal for the fussy eaters. We cannot this place enough! We hired out the venue for a private party, and it was absolutely brilliant — the loved every minute, and the team even tailored some of the equipment to suit our specific needs. Matthew and his team were fantastic from start to finish — so accommodating and adaptable to ensure the boy and all the children had the best time (and the best food!). They showed incredible flexibility when we sprung a last-minute dietary requirement on them, making sure everyone had suitable options and nobody felt left out. Matthew was amazing with the kids, so engaging and full of energy, and he went the extra mile to make our son feel extra special.
