Amazingly dirty old place. 8 euros per child for 1.5h for a play on extemely cold floor with dirty broken toys. Disgusting. Probably opened years ago and just money making with no intention to keep up with the service. Should be controlled by health and safety authorities! Jumps n gyms is a great place for indoor children activities. Excellent for parties. The food is delicious and the party sweets come in individual containers for the children. The coffee and snacks at the restaurant is delicious. My only complaint is the lack of seats available for people to sit. Each table has 4/6 seats assigned but a that has 12/13 would need more and spare seats are greatly lacking even for people who are walk ins Nice for kids but not much siting area for adults. Definitely an area to improve, some bar stool and small tables will be enough. CLOSED: It has closed and left people in the lurch for booked parties without any communication. Had to email to ask for a refund instead of the sending some form of communication or updating their socials. When to jump in gyms today with my child was met very politely i was walking around minding him and one of the staff came up to me looking and said to me that I was taking pictures of the other children that were there because I was dressed with hijab just because i was dressed different? then the other people in the building i was very hurt buy this, and I won't be going there again. We had our little boys 10th party today at Jump n gyms and we all had the best time. The staff were so friendly and very accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was great and the kids really enjoyed it. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to book a party. We will definitely be returning for my youngest sons in March. I had been to Limerick for holidays and visited this place for my little one. The place was very nice and with more games for the children. But I was disappointed with the dribbling roof on the play area which was unsafe for children to play. They were trying to catch up the water with the black bucket in some of the places. Also, I ordered food from the cafe there, where I can see the staff literally gossiping with other people with the menu that I ordered and making fun. Very disappointed with the visit there. Will never go again, never suggest it to anyone and a bad impression for the area.
