I only went to the pro shop but they were extremely helpful and gave a good range of gear. The club surrounds look great. The only 18 hole course in County Longford is County Longford! I played in a May Open and super value at €20. Some very interesting (but sometimes blind) tee shots with a good variety of tee shots required. There will definitely be some tee shots you'd like to take again after getting closer to the green. Super Index 1 and an underrated short par 3 8th. Greens can be large and were quite firm the day I played. Really enjoyed the 12th also, a hole you can't over power. All in all well worth a visit 18 hole golf course. It has buggy paths which have to be used in winter and you can go on the grass in summer or finer weather. There is also a lovely club house with delicious food and a bar. The pro shop here has all your golfing needs. Beautiful golf course, a little hidden gem Lovely course. Headed out with a group of 4 and got caught behind a slower group ahead which delayed us. Would have left 5 stars but when we returned with the buggy’s a member of the club who said they where responsible for closing the gates came to us and cursed at us and was very aggressive about the time we finished at. One of our buggies also was not working properly and slowed us down on the back 9. I think this man might have been drinking in the bar and needs to learn how to approach people. We were considering joining as we are local but will not be now. This golf course has just won an award the hidden gem and it truly is. Played course with a group course was in great condition, greens were excellent Lovely course, Lovely 18hole golf course. Reasonably priced. I played it after some serious rainfall in the days prior and it holds up very well. Great drainage obviously. Greens were immaculate form this time of year too. Good variation of holes for a parkland. Not too long and not too short, a true test of your golfing ability. Very very enjoyable course. What a great course located in the Midlands of Ireland. The staff was super accommodating getting us rental clubs and having everything set up for our arrived tee time. The course was in great condition, and some tricky holes that were challenging. 👍🏻 Lovely golf course , nice to play, there was a bar where we could get a cup of tea but no restaurant which was a bit disappointing.
