Many varieties of active soft plays. Staff needs to look pay more attention of the soft play areas. Dust, hair, and candy wrappers are in most of the corners you can find. A very dusty place altogether. We’ve visited Megabowl Soft Play/Bowling Centre a few times because the kids love it here, but unfortunately, the experience is let down by the state of the facilities. The soft play area and bowling feels outdated and hasn’t changed in years. While the price is the same as soft play centres in Dublin, the quality and cleanliness are nowhere near comparable. What’s even more disappointing is the lack of heating today, especially with temperatures below freezing and snow on the way. This is a children’s centre, and having no heating in such conditions is beyond unacceptable. The management really needs to prioritize updating the facilities and ensuring they are comfortable and safe for children. It was a lot of fun, the staff were amazing. The machine did break for us but all we had to do was ask for help and it was fixed. The prices for bowling were pretty good, 20 euro for half an hour or 35 euro for a full hour. The staff was nice and the place was clean As soon as we got there, there was a problem with our lane and we lost about 6 minutes of play time for bowling. They moved us to another lane which already had some knocked pins. We have asked an employee to reset our time and game which he hasn’t done. Unfortunately lane was bugging during a whole hour which we have payed for. Overall,not worthy the price they are asking. Had my sons birthday party in mega bowl longford and we couldn't be happier with the service. staff member Cian went above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after.
