Part of the port is in reconstruction (2022) right now, but it's great for an evening walk, because there aren't many people on it. It's also a good option for sunrise as there are boats near the sea that make for good pictures. The marina is basic with friendly people, few berths with electricity and water Had walked around the full marina and port, taking in the size of all the boats here. Strolled around leisurely in the sun and forgot to take photo 🤦🏻‍♂️ When on the plane above to return home, I seen these excellent views of Zakynthos Marina and port. ✈️ 💸 Beautiful and calm bay in Zakinthos Marina I visited in winter, but the service quality was very good, and you can walk to the market and restaurants in 10 minutes, within walking distance of the center. Not great. Zakynthos is great for its natural features, but the town is not worth it imo - overpriced and mediocre food. Marina has water (a bit salty, as usual in Greek Islands), electricity (not always working), and showers (not in service off-season). Nice city and port Beautiful town . Many restaurants and taveners . Plenty of shopping and a great view of the harbour. Check out Solomos square and the church and do some site seeing. Very Nice place! Beautiful views,!!!
