Lovely cafés and bars for refreshment after visiting the castle. Beautiful of the surrounding area, unfortunately most of the interesting part of the castle was corned off due to renovations, there are toilets on site . The beauty of Zakynthos City, the unique experienced from the height, gradually rising as I get closer and closer, and the impressive sight that captivated me upon seeing that beauty. Free parking with ample space, delightful view, nice cafe with toilets. The was stunning! We drove here in the evening and this was my favourite to admire Zante and especially, Zante's marina. There was a cute church open for tourists to visit, and restaurants where we could admire the view. This is a little gem and also a perfect for romantic dinners, followed by a few cocktails if you wish. What a breath taking of Zakinthos town and the sea. Worth a visit for sure. There are cafes that have outside seating so you can really soak up the views. Cute place on the ridge overlooking Zakynthos town. There are a couple of terraces to have a drink or a meal while enjoying the and the breeze. Parking may be hard to find. Stunning but would advise getting taxi or tourist train up hill as it is extremely steep but worth the trip and we were served the biggest club sandwich I have ever seen. Great of Zante. There is a huge free parking & some bars, restaurants and shops. Also you can walk up a bit more and visit the castle. Can recommend this scenic spot! A great place to get a wiew over Zakynthos city. There is a little beautiful church, unfortunately it was closed. I think that is very beautiful in the night. This place is great, I loved it! The is mesmerizing, it was worth the climb (for those who don’t have a car). Really cool point. Especially great in the evening for the view. €5 entry with a free cold soft drink.
