We ordered a Cesar salad and a special of the golden breaded chicken. The Cesar salad was wonderful. The golden breaded chicken didn't have much flavor and was soggy and without breading underneath. The potatoes were all crumbled up once you dipped into them. Nice presentation. Service was lacking as I went up to pay and they all just stood there looking at me talking until they were ready to recognize my existence. Lovely food and great customer service. Totally recommend it. Lovely relaxing atmosphere, food was lovely and services was great, would deffo recommend this please for all meals 😊 Good food but tried to charge me for a drink i didn't have, luckily I checked my receipt. So just a bit of a watch out. A smart enough cafe-cum-restaurant with helpful staff and plenty of tables. Carnivores are well catered for. There are no vegetarian menu options so I had a full breakfast without the meat. That’s a shame given the choice of plant-based bacon-like and sausage products available now, and the little imagination and time it needs to make meat-free vegetable, fish, or dairy dishes. The pot of tea top-up was atop the same blanched teabag-eek! We can do better. This doesn’t take away from its being clean, tidy, and very welcoming. It’s a great meet-up venue and shouldn’t be overlooked. We had catering from Bia Blasta and Divine Restaurant in Baltinglass for our daughter’s Communion, and we couldn’t be happier! The food was absolutely delicious – everything was fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. A big thank you to Natalia, who was so professional, friendly, and easy to deal with. The service is fast and friendly, the food is very good, the price is good. Overall it was a great experience! Very disappointed. Clearly all the food here is ordered pre-cooked from a wholesalers and just reheated. Well, at least that is the case with the turkey and ham. Cardboard has more seasoning. Since most of the menu had gluten they were very willing to make a gluten free version of one of their specials for me. It was delicious - beef burgers (no bun) with mash and vegetables with gravy. The atmosphere was unique in that it felt equally welcoming to both coffee shop patrons and lunch diners. I had been searching for somewhere in the town to do some writing and the staff were lovely - happily found me a table next to an outlet for my computer and didn’t pressure me to leave. We stopped in here yesterday not thinking much but oh my goodness! The staff were absolutely lovely, great little waitress food was to die for we just had to have three courses! Best bit of grub we’ve had in a long time we stayed until 7 on the dot and staff had no problem even though is was closing time for them. Genuinely made our day thanks so much guys! Bia Blasta does good wholesome dinner that does not disappoint and does not leave you hungry! we eat here at least once a week and couldn't not recommend it enough! Arrived late in the day but had a nice welcome and looked after very well by the young lady managing the floor with a couple of other covers, and kitchen by the looks of it.
