The was great. 5 ziplines of different lengths and speeds (you get used to it after the first one). The instructors were clear with instructions and necessary training (and crowd interaction). First they drive you up the mountain with a cool 4x4. Then a short training. The ziplines were amazing with gorgeous views going from mountain to mountain! me and my group of 6 friends had the best zip lining here. the team were super friendly and professional, advising us the best to book the as it was going to rain on the day which would’ve impacted the activity. instructions were explained very clearly and demos were done to get us warmed up to the idea. 5 zip lines of varying lengths with 1 zip line where you can go with a partner- it was epic. i truly had a lovely and so did my group of friends. thank you for hosting a experience. Such an awesome experience! The guides spoke English and Slovenian and were very funny and friendly people! There were five zip lines to experience. The view was incredible! I guess the would have been a experience, but unfortunately we experienced some very strange behaviour from the company. First, we had to sign a blank paper - and nobody told us what we're actually signing (we assumed it would be the general stuff like safety etc.) - would be nice if the explained. Because of the bad weather, our start was postponed to an hour later - that's of course totally fine, the in the mountains is unpredictable and we completely understand that. However, when we came back an hour later (the in the village got even worse, but the told us it's slowly getting better up in the mountains), they told us we can go. Then some other clients asked how is it with the payment, if we come up, but can't do the because of the weather. The receptionist said the payment is not refundable at all. Meaning - you pay 70 EUR/person, they drive you up to the mountain, you don't do the at all because of the weather, but they don't give you anything back. This is in our opinion a very strange rule. Usually you would keep some non-refundable deposit, but the whole price? Seems quite sketchy, especially since this was not communicated at all. When we said we are not willing to take the risk (considering the was still bad), the receptionist tried to persuade us, that we will for sure do at least part of the zipline. Thankfully, the guide told her not to lie to the clients, because you can't be sure about that, and it could totally happen that we come up, do nothing, and get nothing back. When we come back, I don't think it's likely we would go with this company because of this and their policy. I booked a family attraction through GetYourGuide one of dozens agents, expecting a personal approach – as suggested by brand name Get YOUR Guide. We are a family of four, youngest 12 years old. There is no information anywhere – neither on the provider’s website nor on the websites of dozens of its agents, including GetYourGuide – that the course starts immediately with a terrifying cliff, and that the following rides are progressively easier. There is no warning that 12-year-old children might be frightened. It is strange why this was not started from easyiest. Upon arrival, we found ourselves in a group of around 35 people at the edge of a large really scary cliff. Our younger was frightened and hesitant. Unlike another in our group who, as we later discovered, was personally accompanied by one of the our was not. I went first with our older child. Once the course begins, there is no turning back. My wife, together with younger child, was waiting to the end and was confronted by the last member on zip-line who gave them an ultimatum: “Either you go, or I go.” He did not offer to ride with the in tandem, nor did he suggest that a parent could accompany the child. As a result, my wife and our younger were transported by a small bus to the lower Zip Line station, where they waited for me and our older child. Later, the four of us were than taken back to the office in Bovec. Since our younger very much wanted to try the Zip Line, I asked if we could treat our booking as unused and arrange another ride for the 12-year-old in tandem. I even offered to purchase two additional tickets for the rest of our family for a later date. The facility’s manager refused, communicating via an employee (as he speaks no English), and instructed us to resolve the matter with GetYourGuide. I understand that this was the last session of the long day, between 17:00 and 20:00, and the were probably very tired at that time. I fully acknowledge and respect that. However, given that another received such assistance, I feel that our family was treated unfairly and that the fell short of the expectations your brand name sets. PS: What is the helmet for? During the very fast ride, the helmet repeatedly scraped against the steel cable. If the helmet had fallen off, the cable could have cut the head in half. The should check whether helmets are properly fastened, but they did not do so. We totally enjoyed zip lining over the beautiful valley with you, thanks for the experinence!
