Fantastic tour operator! We visited a couple of times for advice and they were super helpful! We hired e-bikes for the afternoon and they were so helpful planning a route, downloading the app and we have such a time!! Bikes were in condition and we had a time!! I would highly recommend this place!! We went on the kayak today and honestly it was amazing. It's the highlight of our trip so far! 😍 if you do anything in Bovac do this or anything with SportMix - they are fantastic. We had Gal and he was top notch, was a instructor and guide. I would highly recommend this activity, not only was imthe views breathtaking taking, it was just a fun activity. I was worried about the weather and I can guarantee whatever the weather all says it will be fine and you'll have an amazing activity. The weather was perfect! Ignore the weather apps (trust me 😅). Also they take photos during the activity and you get to keep them all (this is already part of the pricing) we got over 50 photos at no extra cost! I was looking for a place to rent an e-bike to ride around the Soca valley. The at SportMix in Bovec were with suggested rides and digital maps- the ride and views were breathtaking and so worth the exertion!! Since I had the bike for the day, but had other plans too, they kindly charged the bike so I could use it again for several more hours with another ride to finish the day. The personal touch was unreal, and it felt like I was borrowing a bike from friends. We were quite nervous when booking the white rafting, as our 8 year old twin girls are quite anxious (and so am I, after we had a slightly traumatic sea kayaking experience in Croatia! 🤪) It turned out there was NOTHING to worry about! I emailed before booking to ask whether it would be suitable, and was reassured that the level is low in August and it would be fine. I didn’t expect Sport Mix to also exceed our expectations and have such fantastic guides, who made the whole experience fun and safe. The whole were friendly and enthusiastic, from the reception team, mini bus driver, crew who gave us our gear, photographer and most of all our wonderful guide ‘Barna’. He eased our girls in gently, by staging instructions and not overwhelming them, and got them used to the and techniques. With his enthusiasm and encouragement, we all took part in the slide in to the off a raft, and felt confident going down the rapids. It was one of the most enjoyable and memorable activities of our lives, (and of course I have to mention that INCREDIBLE view of the Soca river and valley the whole time.) I was worried our girls may be put off watersports for life, but Sport Mix made them excited to try new things. Their words “That was the best day ever!” And “I want to do it again right now!” Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! The was - very helpful with ensuring the bikes were set up for us. They provided a route map that largely kept us off main roads and was a combination of trail, bike paths, local roads. Lots of variety in scenery, all of it stunningly beautiful. We got to experience and see the valley in went about 40 km over 3 hours. Enjoyed it so much that we can back the next day and did the route again. Well done! Really happy with choosing SportMix for our day, they had seamless transitions, getting you checked in and fitted with gear quickly to be comfortable on the water. We loved our guide Gal, he was so personal with such bright spirit. He worked with the rest of his to get us all up on the jump rock with ease and enjoying the beautiful Soca River. Not only was the on the enjoyable, but they provided excellent recommendations for what to do with the rest of the day in the surrounding area, despite having a packed office full of more customers waiting to get on the water. company! Carlos was the best captain we could have had and guided us through the most beautiful adventure. I highly recommend SPORT MIX! Tequila!!! (Carlos should know :) ) This was our second with sport Mix (specifically guide Trever). We were doing canyoning and in one day. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to end. I can’t imagine that this experience could be better.
