Bannow Bay Caravan Park – 5 Stars What can I say about this place? A piece of heaven on earth. The caravan park is perfectly situated right beside the sea. The beach is stunning, and the water was lovely and warm during our stay. Ideal for a quick stopover or a longer getaway either way, you’ll leave refreshed. The real heart of the place is Bernie Absolutely unbelievable – she never stops! From check-in to check-out, she's always on site, checking in and making sure everyone is looked after. The toilets are spotless, and you can even get fresh farm milk on-site. Highly, highly recommend. Five stars. A lovely campsite with stunning sea views! The family who run it are so welcoming and make you feel right at home. Such a peaceful, beautiful spot. we’ll definitely be back next year. Booked for the bank holiday Friday to Monday with our kids. We had such a lovely stay that we extended the stay another night. The kids had the best time at the beach, with the cats and playing the games in the "calf shed" area. We watched the cows being milked one of the evenings, our youngest being the bravest of us and helping out. There were chickens, pigs, a calf, loads of cats and a dog to see. Our youngest had a little accident the first night, no way the fault of the owners but they were brilliant, we had forgotten to bring calpol and they supplied us with a bottle and a first aid kit. We honestly cannot wait to return! Very friendly place very friendly staff / owners. Beautiful views and the local is very easily accessible with taxis. Only thing I can say is that it's very family and kids oriented. If you're looking to go down and drink for the day on the site it's not worth going, people are looking to relax. But if it's a family related event absolutely 100% a beautiful spot. I will absolutely be back, and this time I won't play music at 2 in the morning. Such a gorgeous place. We stayed here for 2 nights across the August Bank Holiday with our 2 kids (4&6) in a caravan. Its based on a working farm, we were warmly welcomed to come watch the milking and see the piglets which my kids adored. The campsite is looking out to see and there is a private walkway down to farm beach which is small and sheltered and absolutely beautiful. Even on the busiest weekend of the summer it was so quiet and beautiful. There is a larger beach 5 mins drive down the road too.
