Have been here very infrequently just to watch rugby when we are staying down in the village and each time the clientele has made for a very unpleasant visit. The bat itself is grand but the other patrons have had poor manners which has ruined the experience. Bartender Paul is communicator. He is a people's person with good humour and hospitality. We we're on a long weekend away and we took the chance going in while passing through. We spent all our evening there. The people were in the pub welcomed us as much as Paul were. Very enjoyable ate evening. We definitely recommend and would go in if passing any time. Thank you Paul, Eddie and the others were there on Monday afternoon. 👌👌 spot. Lovely atmosphere.
