This was a great walk but I would not recommend doing with kids! There are lots of very steep stairs, steep edges, slippery points and I can imagine one having to heave their child up numerous times. Even I slipped on the rocks! It was a very giving walk with lots of variety of terrain and view point. Nice to be able to cross the so many times on the wooden bridges. There were lots of fun interactive signs telling of all the animals in the area. Very cool! There are no toilets. If you are driving down to the carpark, the first 1-2kms are pretty rough. You will be able to make it tho cos once you are down on the flat, it's no worries! The car park was free. There is an operating vending machine near ro the car park on the right hand side. Random. A great walk of about 3km. The sign said less but my tracker said more. Beautiful. Many and wooden/stone staircases, very well maintained, very safe. След пресечката наляво от Калофер към гората навътре, остават последните 5.5км. Но оттам пътят става гаден, чакълест, останал много малко асфалт на места, дупки, надолинище е, и се кара максимум на втора, на места става малко по-равен, но е за кратко. Като се стигне до Бунгалата Дара, остава още малко и пътят оттам вече е с по-добър асфалт. Но всичко това ще ви отнеме поне 20минути. Стига се първо да манастира, чешмата пред него не работеше. Много малко след него, се намиря паркинга за Екопътеката. Паркингът не е малък, но не и много голям, и през уикендите се пълни целия, може би за около 20 автомобила. Срещу него има приятно заведение. Оттам надолу започва вървенето. Първо ще видите две красиви мостчета и зад тях беседка, но вие си вървите по пътя на рекичката и ще видите началото на пътеката с една дървена арка. Има информационни табели. За самата пътека не бих казала, че е много лека, и не бих я препоръчала за малки деца. Има постоянни изкачвания и спускания, на места равно, на места с подобие на стълбички, на други по камъни. През цялата пътека се минава през общо 8 мостчета. Бих определила като среда, обширното пространство с камъните, където може да се поседнете, да отдъхнете и да се насладите на природата. И се пада точно преди слизането към 6-тия мост, а на среща се вижда 7-мия. Но бих казала, че след 6-тия мост става малко по-трудно, а малко след изкачване 7-мия, има направени 2 пейчици на който може да се полюбвате на гледката. Оттам става малко по-стръмно и след определено време ходене се стига до 8-мия мост, където е направено много приятно и има и беседчица. Дотам на нас ни отне 52 минути. След това решихме да си продлжим напред, за да си направим кръгчето. В началото има доста изкачване по стълби. После се излиза пред други 2 пейчици, където има направено като тераска за гледка, и се връщате надолу оттам има още малко слизане по-стълби и след това се озовавате на едно ниско място и като продължите напред излизате отзад точно на мястото, където казах, че го определям като средата на екопътеката. След това става равна пътеката и излизате отгорната страна на арката за началото. На нас ни отне общо 1ч и 30мин бавно ходене с почивки. По пътя преди екопътеката се срещат, овце, крави и големи кучета, които бих казала, че не нападат хората. Екопътеката е приятна за разходка. Пътеката е около 2км в посока. Няма цветна маркировка, но е достатъчно добре обособена за да не се объркате. Изисква добри обувки и обща физическа подготовка. Не е подходяща за трудноподвижни хора и инвалиди. В началото има заведение, което не винаги работи и малък обособен паркинг. Няма чешми по маршрута - носете си вода! Lovely green hiking with plenty of viewing and touching opportunities. The beginning of the is accessible by car from Kalofer. However the road is bad and is more suitable for jeeps. The drive takes approximately 20-30min. I especially rented a car to go to this place and I am happy I did so. Yes, the road to it is 6 km of hell haha but it is doable for sure. You'll be rewarded with a breathtaking ecopath, just look at the pictures!! The eco is well maintained and even though it has some hard and slippery parts I do recommend for all the visitors to wear comfortable hiking shoes. Bring water and please take your rubbish with you! Не е тежък поход, по път има манастир с много дружелюбни каракачанки, които само ще ви се зарадват. Сложете си удобни обувки и си носете торбичка, в която можете да поставяте отпадъците си, тъй като по пътеката няма кошчета. The actual walk was really cool and the were great. Although don’t recommend for children or people that don’t like heights. The journey there was terrible, the roads are constant holes, farm track and even had to drive through a river. Would not recommend due to this if you don’t have a 4x4 or better. Really nice. Very safe throughout. It's a circular track which means you finish where you start. Takes an hour to do if you don't stop to take photos, otherwise 1.5h is likely. There are several place for food (BBQ) and drinks at the beginning of the track Easy to do, few semi tough places to go through. A lot of people so no worries about wild animals. Use proper climbing shoes, it is a track and not all places are equally easy to pass. itself is very nice, not too difficult. Safe and sturdy bridges. Beautiful vistas. I have a very low car, not made for off-road and not made yesterday. Well, we were ready for it so we went down very carefully and managed not to bump the car even once. Highly photogenic, best during spring as you’ll find amazing waterfalls surrounded with flowers. 1 hour to go around, 3+ hours with taking pictures 😅 Die Anfahrt war etwas holprig, da der Asphalt teils fehlte. Belohnt wird man allerdings durch einen atemberaubenden Trail. Es gilt allerdings zu erwähnen, dass man trittsicher sein sollte. Екопътеката е страхотна и изключително живописна.
