I had no idea there are more than ten ways to serve and prepare trout! Cream soup is rich and tasty. We share a chilli baked and potato fries. Service is fast, waiters are young and helpful, polite and kind. I’m lo exited to be in the area and try another dishes. Actually, you could see the open air farm and buy fresh from the shop. I had a really delicious salad to start, and for the main course, we tried the with parmesan crust and sweet potatoes, as well as the with black rice – both were delicious (forgot to take a picture of the fish).
