Very nicely done, in the middle of nowhere such 3 museums. Plenty to see, although to modernistic for my taste. Many new stuff isnt working. Staff is polite and happy to see a soul during the day. Especially if you're with kids, don't miss out on this attraction from Krka National Park! Very friendly staff, extremely attentious, and very interesting and exhibits on archaeology, natural history and biology! And very empty even when the park is super crowded. On a Friday in August, at around 14:30, we were the only ones in the whole complex! Extra stars for air conditioning, a blessing for a few hours on a summer day in Croatia. Very nice complex. Very recommended for both children and adults. It is especially nice to come during the summer period because it is not crowded: the northern part of Krka national park is still not popular. The complex is composed of two museums (one on the animals an plants that live in the park and one on the amphitheater Burnum and its findings) and one laboratory recommended for children. All the workers/guides there are very friendly and informed. If you are visiting Krka National Park by car I warmly suggest you to the main waterfalls and viewpoints first and then this eco-kampus to learn about what you saw earlier. What a great experience! We came across this place by accident (a shame that it is not advertised more!) and where amazed by the quality and the amount of and informative content of the national park. The staff was super welcoming and took a lot of time to explain everything to us . Bring enough time to all buildings and exponations, we definitively need to come back to check everything out. A must in Krka! Really nice set of musea. The Roman collection was for us, as teachers of Latin, way better than we anticipated. The biological was the best, however. Very and a true example for a lot of other musea of how to make your story truly live for your guests. A really good for children and adults. Very and among the best that we have been to It would be so much better if it wasn't situated so far away from Skradinski buk and Visovac, main attractions of Krka, but it is a good opportunity to eat great food and have good accomodation at Konoba dida Marka in the nearby Oklaj. Great place must visit. Lots of history and interesting facts. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Croatia. We had a great tour guide thank you Maria! 5 stars with parts about history and archaeology, geology, flora and fauna... It is really worth it the visit. Kudos to their employees! Great historical/archaeological about roman legions staying in Burnum area ca 1 c. AD. Great guide. Very friendly and professional. Wonderful views over Krka canyon from the park with lots of geological exhibits. Recommended!
