No complaints, this holiday park is excellent. Bicycle rides nearby in the forest. The restaurant was OK, and provided coffees and fresh breads each morning (for a charge) Many many activities for children, including swimming, splashing, big trampoline, nightly singing, several playgrounds, and a safe place within the park to ride around on the bicycle. We stayed in a Safari Tent and really enjoyed it. We only had to bring our clothes, soap and toothbrush. For us it was an absolutely fantastic place. Big site set in woodlands with great facilities all round. The staff are very helpful, polite and for us spoke excellent English without any grudges. Our chalet was a really good size on a very generous plot, it was quite and relaxing. The beds for me personally were a bit of a let down as they are very soft and the pillows pretty rubbish (bring your own). Normally we venture away from our base camp when away but this time we stayed put as there was lots to do on and around site which we got around using bikes from the onsite bike hire shop. The onsite restaurant serves amazing food, the swimming pool is great and nestled in amongst the woodland, there is lots for kids to do, all in all would definitely recommend. We had a great holiday here and would stay again. The staff is super friendly and importantly they speak a few languages including English. There is a restaurant on site and plenty of play areas to keep the kids busy. The facilities inside the tents are very satisfactory too. If you travel by a personal vehicle, it can be parked near your tent. Beautiful experience from start to end. They helped us out with a late checkout and that was super. Very responsive via email, friendly and the place was so relaxing and beautiful. The toilets were also clean and easily a accessible. We would love to book there again. Everything was good. Good team and the place has a good atmosphere and the house has thick walls so we could listen to music at night without disturbing anyone. Spent 1 week camping with my daughter, site with our own sanitair...perfect! Staff was very friendly and everything went pretty much ok until our last day there...Friday 05 July. Friday we lunched at the RCN brasserie, ordered a lovely lunch. From the moment the lunch was placed on our table the waitress completely ignored our table. The used dishes were not removed and she did not return to ask if we wanted anything else to drink. We waited and waited...trying everytime to grab her attention. The terrace was definitely not full...8 tables occupied. She was serving every other table except ours...I have absolutely no idea why...I am trying not to think it was because of my color! After waiting for almost 50 minutes (my daughter and I really needed something else to drink) I decided to get up and approach the waitress to make an order as to ask for the menu card again. I also asked if there was a particular reason she was not attending to our table. She ignored my question and took the order. The order arrived without one of the drinks I ordered and eventually I had to ask another waiter to complete the order and to bring the menu card. 30 min later (as I write this review), we are still waiting for someone to come and take our new order from the menu card. Shocking...and I am still wondering why!! Tip to RCN. Please consider activities for teenagers...most activities focus is on younger children..pity.
