Great facilities, well supplied shop, choice of restaurants and plenty to do without even leaving the resort, water slides and rapids are fantastic! Easy to get there by public transport but 15/20 minute walk to bus stops, no interesting towns within easy walking distance but you could hire bikes. Staff all so helpful and speak excellent English. An unbelievably poor attitude and extremely unhygienic conditions. This was our first and definitely our last visit to this resort. There were black shoe prints on the pillowcases, and the towels looked as if they had been used to wipe engine oil. Even more ridiculous, we arrived punctually at the scheduled time for an activity, only to be told we should have arrived 10 minutes earlier—and then were rudely turned away. What’s worse, such offensive language was used right in front of many children. I think it’s time you reconsider the professionalism and conduct of your staff.
