The best place after a long walk. Usually the music is amazing! It’s the first time I rate a business with 1⭐️ but if I could I would rate them with a -5. At first place the waitress was very rude, when my friend asked for a hot cocoa drink she literally said to him that every time she serves hot cocoa drink to customers they do bliah (like disgusted)… we were shocked from her rudeness! How can a waitress say this… and when after waiting for almost an hour to bring a club sandwich for our little girl I asked her, when she will serve it? She replied by saying with an attitude that the table next to us are waiting for more than 1:30 hour… you should wait! I told her, this is not a polite answer for a waitress and she replied she can’t help it because the staff in the kitchen are very busy and if she tries to put pressure on them they use bad language to her🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️. Finally we asked for a napkin and they didn’t even had this. The place was very cozy and with an amazing view. Located next to the Pavliani Park. Unfortunately the place is understaffed which resulted in the service being very slow and the waiters being a bit grumpy (which was a bit understandable to a point). It took them a while to bring us our beverages and food. The coffee was and the tea. The food was ok as well. Courtesy and food for a quick rest after visiting the Park. The staff very kind and the burger and chicken wrap very tasty! Τι ατμόσφαιρα και τι πανέμορφο μαγαζί! Απόλαυσα ένα υπέροχο Club σάντουιτς και μπορώ να πω ότι δεν άφησα ψυχούλο και επίσης η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν το κάτι άλλο. Σας ευχαριστώ. Σταματήσαμε στην Παυλιανη να πιουμε καφέ στο Μανταμια πριν φύγουμε για Αθηνα. Ειχε παρα πολύ κοσμο και ο μπαριστα μας ενημερωσε ότι το μαγαζί ηταν σελφ-σερβις, ο ανθρωπος ηταν πραγματικα πελαγωμενος, παιζει να ηταν το χειροτερο του μεροκαματο. Ο καφες ήταν επιοικώς χάλια (μαλλον λογω πολυκοσμιας και όχι θεμα του προσωπικου). Λογω καπνισματος καθίσαμε εξω, σαν ατμοσφαιρα, οκ δεν τρελλαθηκαμε. Καπιοι απο την παρεα παραγγειλαν γλυκά πορτοκαλοπιτες, σοκολατοπιτες και καρυδοπιτες και ειπαν οτι ηταν νοστιμα. Την επομενη φορά θα ηθελα να το δοκιμάσω σαν μαγαζί με περισσότερη ησυχία. Και ρε σεις... προσλάβετε κανέναν ανθρωπο να βοηθάει τον μπαριστα.. ελεος ρε, τον λυπηθηκα Beautiful Cafe that is located close to Pavliani Park. The cafe is very cozy and has a very nice view. Unfortunately, the place was understaffed so on busy days, like the one we visited, you have to wait for a long time until your order arrives. We waited around 30 minutes for the drinks and more than an hour for the food. This place maybe if you go there when it’s quiet but when they are busy they are rude. The staff was terrible ignoring everyone. They told us we will come in 10 minutes but instead vanished to have a cigarette outside. We waited for 20 minutes and went to the coffee section to order our own and he said ‘ don’t tell me you order I won’t remember’!!! Not sure how this place has a Tripadvisor badge. It’s embarrassing as a business. Very service and great food after the hike! Positives: Warm welcome by staff, beautiful views, coffee. Negatives: We ordered the special breakfast, potatoes with eggs and the English breakfast. All of it was completely cold and the eggs were like rubber. Music loud. Both women's toilets were dirty.
