Cute very local place Super friendly Local food. We didn't know anything about the restaurant but we were surprised at how great the food was! We had a "daily menu" (a nice followed by a tasty veal medallions in a mushroom sauce with homemade gnocchi and a cheescake) and an absolutely incredible mushroom soup. Prices are great, and the woman working there was very nice and friendly, treating us like we were welcomed regulars. We plan to visit again and try the homemade štrukli and štrukli soup. Definitely check it out when in the vicinity. I hate to give this place 3 stars, but I can't give more, because some of the food was for 5 and some for 1, so average 3. Be careful what you order. We had 1 mushroom for 5 stars and one beef for 1 star (not tasty, like coloured warm water). Chicken wiener schnitzel was great, but the pork chops were undercooked and hard to bite (chewy). The "cooked" vegetables were directly out of the bag from the store. The rest was OK, staff normal, ambient good. I will gladly change my review when you improve some dishes. What can I say, excellent food and service. The portions are LARGE, had plenty of leftovers. Food was delicious. Had mushroom soup, which was tasty. Grilled vegetables were cooked well. Also had the roast beef and beefsteak. Both were cooked perfectly. If you are looking for a delicious meal at a good price come here. We went to eat with my friend at Čuček restaurant. The food was excellent. I was very surprised that the mushroom wasn’t just made from champignons. It was a mix of mushrooms and it was amazing. My friend had ćevapi. Everything was homemade! The restaurant was nice and clean. Although you can’t bring a dog inside, the terrace is large and spacious. There was a first aid kit in the women’s restroom. I rarely see that, and it always makes me happy to see they think about women. 💖☺️ Thank you! This was a blast. Totally unexpected and amazing. Food and service were top and of course...
