My husband and I had such an awesome time here today, and I am completely convinced you will too! You are surrounded by nothing but lush green forest and big open waterfall areas along the Lewis River. Simply breathtaking, and sooo serene! Another perfect 'getaway' spot! Apart from the 1 mile hike that is Lucia Falls, there is a 2.5 mile hiking connected to this short called Moulton Falls. There are quite a few other that branch off these too. If you are looking for a longer walk, this place has got you covered. No swimming signs posted everywhere, which sucks, but didn't keep the idiots out of the water. Protected fish habitat, but there were lots of people swimming. Barely anyone there which made it even more enjoyable.. will definitely be back to walk the again. So and easy hike with kids. Lucia is a quick one mile loop with several branch-offs that lead to the river and the falls. The are well kept, free of debris, and mostly accessible. The view of the is great. There are tables to sit and watch/ listen at the falls. Lush greenery and abundant wildlife make this an excellent quick hike. There are restroom facilities near the trailhead. Nice and quaint little spot. Quick access to the river and with rock scrambles and rocky paths. Very few visitors, especially on a Monday. Nice falls. Many prickly blackberry bushes. Would recommend for a semi-private or just chilling and enjoying nature. No cell reception, just get out there and connect with nature. Such a place. On my December visit I was surprised to see a salmon jumping the which was an exciting experience. Just down tge road from Moulton falls, Lovely little and very close to parking. Fun to climb around the rocks around falls. They May be slippery when wet but I was there when it was dry so to was great. Easy 1 mile loop through the forest. Waterfall is just a few steps feom the parking lot. The waterfall area is spectacular. Lots of stable rocky areas to walk on and take pictures. No swimming or water access, however. It's prohibited. Like to go there for many years .Nice scenery,hiking about 4000 steps. set of falls, I could just sit by and watch all day! multiple areas to view. Watch the lil ones bc the rocks are slippery they have a couple benches and there is a porter potty accessible bring wet wipes bc there is no faucet to wash ur hands.. 2nd time there won't be out last. easy walk. There is a ton of parking but sometimes during the summer it fills up fast. It’s doubles as parking for Moulton up ahead. I wouldn’t say it’s super wheelchair accessible, maybe more than others if you have someone to help you or have beefed up tires. The bathrooms are fairly nice, a few bugs and spider but that whatever, normal outdoor stuff. It’s an amazing place for a with the family or for kids to come play. There are tables scattered throughout the park and a table on a viewing cliff facing the water. Ten out of ten, would crawl again.
