Really friendly, and when I showed up at 8:00 a.m. on a Saturday morning there was nobody in line yet and they were done within the 10 minutes since it was a simple oil and fluid change. I used to go to a different oil place down the street but I think I'll be going back to this one in the future. They even included a free car wash! Highly Recommend! Fast, Friendly, and They Know Their Stuff (Plus a Great Car Wash!) Service was impressively fast which I appreciated since I was in a hurry. And the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and I got a fresh cookie on the way out. Will definitely bring the ride back - highly recommended! Very helpful as we just bought a used truck. Took it for an oil and we asked about a noise. The guy told us and my daughter and I replaced it! Truck runs great! I took my dodge ram 2500 in today get an oil and they helped me with so much more! I just bought the tuck and knew it needed some help cause the pulley was chirping. He told me that my tension pulley needed to be replaced so my trucks tension pulley wouldn’t seize and snap my belt! Will continue to take my truck here for work! I went in today for my Full Service Synthetic Oil on my Mustang 5.0 this morning. Exceptional customer service by King Eric and Zack! I was in and out in record time. I drive in from Woodland to Battle Ground as this location and staff clearly go through extra mile for their customers! The shop is spotless too. Give these deserving employees a raise! This staff represents the company name very well. This car wash used to be outstanding. It has gone down hill. Paid for the "Boss Wash" with the "Triple Foam". No foam. No soap. Asked to run it through again, and they did... After saying "we've been having trouble with it not doing any soap." Okay... No soap again. Car still dirty. No offer for refund. Attendants were nice, but didn't seem to have a clue. I have used your car wash for many years and was always happy with the the work. However, the last 2 times, I did not get what I paid for. The first time, the drying procedure left the car anything but dry. So, today I asked the attendent if he was good at drying the car and he said he was. He used just one blue cloth that was very wet and when I asked him if he needed a dryer cloth, he said the car would dry when I drove it. Well, it did leaving water spots on the surfaces. I wouldn't call that "towel drying" the car. I am very disappointed! Fastest auto service I've ever gotten. From the moment I stepped out of my car to the moment I stepped back in; it was no more than 10 minutes. And they did all the 16-point vehicle check along with the oil and filter. And when I said I just wanted a basic oil and filter, they didn't try to upsell me which is a huge plus. Definitely will return. They’re monkeying around at this grease monkey. The management and ownership are lacking skills in customer service and have zero accountability for mistakes. I will never get any service here ever and do not recommend this business AT ALL. OWNERS COMMENTS BELOW ARE A LIE and I have filed a complaint with the BBB. Do not go to this location. I took my car to after I saw oil Leaking from my vehicle. The noticed that the drain play was tightened too much, stripping the threads (Grease Monkey error). I explained this to Grease Monkey and they admitted to the error and even showed me the screw that was causing the issue, but refused to fix. I am honestly shocked that the owner would respond to my review by saying I’m wrong and it was the dealership. The never touched that part of the car! I brought the car into the DUE TO GREASE MONKEY ERROR. This is the type of store that gives this industry a bad name. Caused damage to my vehicle and refused to make repairs the recommended. Called corporate and said it wasn’t their liability. Just drove my truck back from Vancouver BC so it was pretty dirty & covered in bugs; I found this place on google, in my neighborhood which was convenient. I spoke to Edgar on the phone & he gave me a very reasonable estimate & stuck to it even after seeing the vehicle. Truck was done under a hour, ready for pickup when I arrived, & looked amazing! Everyone was friendly & helpful at the shop, I will definitely going back here!
