Cabin was spacious and very well priced, even though the bathroom wasn't directly connected to the cabin (seperate unit joined by an open small hall) but really appreciated that it was private to our room and we didn't have to pay extra for the showers. However, the service was exceptional, the owner was amazing and trustworthy. Even offered to give us a ride after our hike so we don't have to take the bus. Place was clean, easy to get to and at a nice location. It'd be my 1st destination again if I make it in that direction. Great base for Åndalsnes. Highly recommend!! Lovely camp with power, bathrooms close to camp, nice kitchen amenities. Quick drive to trailheads. We arrived with late with no reservation and Tore and his wife made sure we had a great room for us. The service was fantastic. He offered us a ride into town on one of the days as it was raining, just so we could go to the shops to get food. The kitchen had everything we needed! The living room and outdoor area was fantastic. This was the best stay we had throughout our entire trip! Very lovely people, and we will definitely be coming backl :) Very comfortable hut. Very friendly and welcoming owners, who upgraded us into a bigger hut for free. The Camping has nice Views, and you can start a great mountain walk from there. Poor location and unfriendly host. Only use if emergency and no other camping spots available. Better Locations close by. My favorite camping ground in Norway. It was in May so it wasn't crowded.
