It was nice. The staff is very friendly. The room was perfect for a couple. We were very happy to find this gem of a place. staff, beautiful interior and traditional architecture, fun animals around. Nice little romantic adventure for us. Would be good for families with kids too. Big traditional breakfast with the famous mineral water was a special treat. I'm just a few words, it felt comfortable to be here. Beautiful decorated rooms, that make you feel at home. Consistent breakfast, although you have to manage the dinner somehaow, as you cannot dine there. Large yard, full of animals ( dogs, cats, ponies). This was an amazing place to stay, quiet and peaceful in the Romanian country side. The well managed and spotless Pensiunea Silvanka was very comfortable and well appointed and had a large traditional bbq which we used to cook dinner one night. The hosts were very and even though they did not speak much english we could understand what they meant. There was also a few ponies, sheep, doggies and cats on their neighboring small farm that we could pet and play with, it would be great for children. We choose the most expensive room and were delighted by the Japanese Salon with its jacuzzi spa bath and interesting decorations and full sized Kimono, -really cool. One cool outing we did was to the local mineral pools with their mineralized water which has been used since roman times for its curative properties, we did feel more relaxed after it for We visited at a busy time. The rooms were spotlessly clean. There’s indoor and outdoor dining for warmer weather. The kitchen has all appliances you could need if you want to prepare your own dinner. The hosts were very and accommodating. The hillside views are very relaxing. i stayed at the flower house. it was a very nice place. the host is super attentive. allowed me to wash and dry my wet cycling clothes as it rained all the way from Brasov. she even had my dinner prepared for me as well as put together a nice breakfast spread of cheeses and meats (i was leaving before anyone woke up). she did all of this while taking care of a one year old child (all by herself). such a great person. We were 6 families with kids and we had the entire place to ourselves. The rooms were spotlessly clean. There’s indoor and outdoor dining for warmer weather. The hosts were very and accommodating. The hillside views are very relaxing. We stayed there for three nights and had unforgettable experience where you feel like in a small castle surrounded by all the nature around. Beautiful place with a very warm atmosphere and welcomed hosts. Btw we stayed in the new building “The little flower house” which only had our room and one more upstairs. The kitchen and bathroom was just for us two families and we enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and the decorations and a beautiful style in the flower house. 😌🫶 This place is an uncredibly beautiful hidden gem located very close to Brasov and other interesting places.
