We paid 5 euros at the entrance and you charged us again with a drink (mythos and lemonade =14euros) and no bill to see and react. Because of no coordination of stuff we had bad user Experience. It's not about the money, it's about principle. It feels bad to be conned At 3 euros it's cheap. Everyone inside was friendly and I felt they welcomed us very well. My only gripe is that you have walk your child through a smoking area to enter and exit the building. Now I understand that most European countries have different views on smoking inside buildings but this one was a bit too far. Apart from that everything else was brilliant. My little boy loved it and he's now 30 mins into a good nap. I would of given 5 start if not for the smoking room. We were invited to a Birthday party. And even we were a lot of people the service was fast and very friendly(the waiter and also at bar). The food was tasty (even a little bit cold the French fries &the pizza) My child liked the playground and he was playing during the most of the time. When he is happy, I am happy too. Πεντακάθαρο περιβάλλον με πολλά παιχνίδια και πάνω απ'όλα προσεγμένα όλα τα σημεία σε τέτοιο βαθμό που όποτε πάμε νιώθουμε ασφάλεια για τα παιδιά μας. Αρκετό προσωπικό να επιτηρεί τα παιδιά και άλλο τόσο για να εξυπηρετεί πάντα με χαμόγελο στα τραπέζια τους γονείς και τα παιδιά. Άψογο και το φαγητό. Υ. Γ. Μοναδικό στο είδος του δεν βρήκα παρόμοιο σε μέγεθος και εξυπηρέτηση ούτε και στην Ρώμη. Loved it! They had a team that watches your child when he is playing! This place is excellent! There’s a bell at the bottom of the stairs to get assistance with pushchairs as there’s no lift. Staff are so happy and quick to be of assistance too. The facilities are great. The play area is staffed and children are supported by these staff. I cannot speak more highly of these ladies. They were attentive and fun and so aware of all the children. There is a separate play area for 1-3 year olds but you are given discretion as a parent if you feel your child is ok in the bigger kid area. There’s also screens to watch your children in various areas of the play area and you are able to relax whilst the staff supervise their play. Secure door at the entrance/exit too.
