They take a 300$ deposit then give back to you, we did deposit in cash and we forgot it and walked back to our ship and the man chased us all the way back to give us back our 300$ which is so sweet they could have easily taken advantage but have karma. Which is why it’s called elephant ! luck prices karma. Super easy to deal with. We were in an out ! Got to see a big portion of Rhodes and you can park easily anywhere ! It was an automatic scooter also so easy to drive. Easy to get around the drivers in Rhodes are easy and friendly, we took a day trip to kallithea springs Elephant rentals was great! Everything was explained to me nicely and the ATV also worked like a breeze. I drove to lindos and back and it used about 3/4 tank (good gas mileage). I highly recommend these guys, and this experience in Rhodes. The guys were so helpful and even helped answer some questions aside from the vehicle. It is all official with receipt and papers that both partners are secured. You will receive a detailed briefing and a clean vehicle. You get a helmet directly on site and also no dirt, everything super clean and well maintained. The helmets as well as the vehicles are absolutely as as new. Just like the whole rental makes a impression and is absolutely well maintained. No rip-off. The rental price always refers to the complete 24h! Rhodes town office were really helpful arranging that I wanted to rent for the next day. When it was a time for pickup, we noticed that it was physically too small for me and passanger. They didn’t see any problem changing it to other option that I was interested, CFmoto MT650. Town office employees Stefanos and Frantzeskos gave super customer service. They went though the whole process very clearly, responsibilities, support and show what needed to know about our bike. All bikes we saw at the rental place seemed to be in shape and well serviced. We had a wonderful day around island without any problems.
