A nice, but wonderful to with the family. The was very welcoming and friendly. He offered us a discount since we came at the start of the season and some displays were still empty, but after seeing how the place is and how well the and turtles he are being taken care of we paid the full price on the way out. Displays available with descriptions in several languages for a lot of the sections. A great mix of local aquatic fauna he as well as exotic ones he orders from other places like Singapore and the Caribbean. Parking available at the front. Can pay with cash or card, but cash preferred. Lots of art adorning the wall and chill music playing as you enjoy your visit. Amazing with a variety of fish, turtles, crabs and other sea creatures. It even has Axolotl. The turtles and other animals. Excellent little with a great range of fish, sea creatures and other marine items from the local area. There is a 'hospital tank' where the (who is a really guy) explained to us that he houses he on a temporary basis before releasing them back into the sea. At the time of our there was a sea who he had removed numerous fishing hooks from. Well worth the entry fee. Kids will love the various tanks and the little gift they are given on exit. It maybe but it was worth it, explained about the in the animal hospital, good amount of too see, definitely recommend popping in! 5euro for a adult (bargain) he also has kittens and cats that he cares for! So if you have any spare funds he appreciates any donations towards their care! Such a cute place! The rescued all the fishes and releases after few months. Entrance is 5 euros Lovely little aquarium, ran by 1 man who marine and nurses them back to health before releasing them. Worth it just to see the that was rescued Cudowne i wzruszające miejsce Happy we got a chance to this aquarium. It’s not that big but the guy does his best , rehabilitates so many and marine . There was quite a bad smell I thought throughout the but the guy was so friendly and knowledgeable I didn’t care . And he gave us a shell souvenir! Absolutely brilliant little to pass an hour if you enjoy under the sea. Ticket price €8 adults €5 children. Babies free. You get a passionate man explaining about his work on rescuing the and injured sea life. My son enjoyed the whole hour. We got to touch a starfish and a turtle! Had a time with the kids at the aquarium! Even though the is small, it had a variety of fishes! The was friendly and showed us how dedicated he was by allowing the kids to touch the turtle! Highly recommend a visit! The work done by Theo here is amazing. You could see he really cared about all sea and preserving it for as long as possible. It was but made a massive difference. There was an octopus, and other fishes I had never seen before. Keep up the amazing work A place cared for by love and care for sea animals, the takes care of rescues, which he himself from nets. Nurses them back to health and then releases them. It's a and short experience (under an hour), but worth checking out. I have visited many aquariums in my life- and was still surprised to see I have never seen before! There are many local species to see also. Overall a and loving experience- no wait, AC, and cosy. The have all special decorations and the place is nicely painted. Myself, my husband and toddler set out to the after seeing so many glowing reviews online, 5 star after 5 star review - AMAZING. I really thought I had organized a great little day out but sadly it didn't live up to it's expectation for me and my family. Having owned lots of as pets we understand the time and effort that goes into keeping tanks clean and the water balanced but the tanks at this were sadly so murky and unkept, even if the are there for a short time it should be cleaner if you are asking people to pay and see an aquarium. Whilst understanding the payment is to help support the return of these amazing sea creatures, it was just 3 rooms crammed with tanks which were too to house the sea on show. Even temporary tanks should be more suited to the size of the fish/creature if it's claiming to be a sanctuary. I am skeptical to believe the sea is being returned as I was told that it would go back in 10 days but Google reviews show this same in this little tank 2 years ago. The same x-ray image on the top to show why it's there. Surely that would be happier living it's in the ocean rather than a little tank? I hope that this is an honest setup but I didn't buy it myself. Let's hope I am wrong 🤞 This aside, the was very polite and charming - I think he just needs to return some of the bigger creatures sooner rather than later! People are happy to rescue centres to show support, you don't need to have a to draw people in. but awesome and I love that the has such a big heart for cats too !!!! He the fishes from the fisherman’s net and after the season he releases them into the ocean. Wanna go again!! Lovely little that helps and sick marine life. Guy really friendly and my daughter loved it that much we visited every other day. Really well priced as well €8 for adult and €5 for kids, definitely worth a visit. i was sceptical before going. the is very but interesting. the seemed to have honest intentions about the there, ranging from to a sea ! there is currently a sea that he said he rescued from a fishing net that should be returning to the ocean in about 2 weeks, it would be interesting to see if she is actually released. the are beautiful and look well looked after for the most part , some of the tanks are quite small. it’s hard to tell what places have honest intentions but overall it was a morning looking at the and not to forget the cats too ! gave us a free souvenir at the end too :) good for children and animal lovers. little "aquarium"/fish hospital. The man who runs it is very and takes good care of the creatures he has. Some really interesting sea creatures to see. We were even able to touch a little sea he had just rescued that morning, which he will then release back to the sea. Very cool. AquaWorld in Faliraki is a but charming featuring a variety of local marine life. The offers an unforgettable experience, including heartwarming stories of rehabilitating injured sea and caring for stray cats. Absolutely fantastic owner, gave us a personalised experience and talked us through some of the species at the aquarium. He has a hospital tank for he’s rescued that need some extra care. Gave us a free souvenir. Not a huge but plenty to view and an amazing experience. The also cats and their litters of kittens, and his co-host black cat was extremely welcoming! Lovely with a collection of but very much worth a since the all the and releases them back into the wild after he nurses them back to health again. He also cares for a lot of sweet rescue cats that hang around the which are all very friendly and in very good health thanks to his excellent care. Hats off to the for his hard work and love for the animals, it was a joy to talk to him about his rescue work! You could really tell how passionate he is about helping the and he was always there to answer questions about the various and other things like crystals from the local mountains that are also on display and for sale. A very pleasant experience, the rescuer is an amazing person that does a very important job of trying to rehabilitate the poor cought in nets by uncaring individuals. He also jumped to help when he heard we saw a sick cat at the resort we're staying at. The world needs more people like him. The place is worth your visit, there is virtually no wait time, the are actually cared for unlike other aquariums I've visited, it's a cool break from the heat of the day. There are also many minerals to see and learn about, as well as purchase. As a mineral and crystal enthusiast, this was a surprise. Sure you can go on plant of Island activities, but do make time to stop by. It's worth the trip! Sehr schönes kleines Aquarium, gerettete Meeresbewohner welche gesund gepflegt und wieder in die Freiheit entlassen werden. but lovely with a very knowledgeable and friendly owner. My little boy loved seeing all the sea creatures, hearing the rescue stories and petting the cats! Once you step inside and talk to the owner, you will think for yourself that it was best spent 8€ ever! This is run by one man only, he cleans, feeds and the himself. You will be amazed how many exotic there are and you can even touch a starfish and a stingray. He keeps for about 20-30 days or until they are healthy again and will release them back to the ocean. The isn’t a big showroom, but we spent there good 30 mins chatting with and looking at all the there. His work is very touching and was glad to support this! For the owner, thank you for your amazing job with these animals!
