We visited a children’s zone and were truly shocked by the service and the overall condition of the place. It felt like stepping 20 years back in time. Prices are several times higher, yet the service is ten times worse compared to what we’ve experienced in another country. Our got bored within the first ten minutes, even though we paid for two hours. Perhaps the problem lies in the lack of competition, which results in such poor service and a lack of effort to attract or retain customers.
