It is right in the middle of the town centre and is always very busy. A very lively place in clonmel. Would recommend to anyone. The café itself is lovely — it has a nice atmosphere, coffee, and most of the were very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by one member who asked me to leave because I had another drink with me, despite also having purchased from the café. I understand if there’s a policy, but the way it was handled was not just rude but aggressive. Her tone and approach made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome, which was disappointing considering how great the rest of the team were. It’s a shame, because this is otherwise a really place, they should definitely look into who they are hiring. I have always enjoyed going to the hub..lovely food..staff..atmosphere. However today was a very different experience..my sister ordered a sausage roll..when she bit into it was stone cold in the middle..ans she spat it out..brought the remaining piece up to the counter..explained what has happened..only to be met by a young male member who said " what do you want me to do about it? " he actually reheated the remaining piece that was left..it was disgusting..I called and spoke with the manager..her attitude was not impressive either..I told her it was disgraceful customer service..she then refunded my sister the 4.80e Along with beautiful food and great coffee, I just wanted to say a huge thank you for your constant support of the people within Clonmel community. Gerry is a regular customer of yours and every single day he is welcomed. Back in the day he would deliver coal by donkey and cart to each of our grandfathers and due to intellectual disabilities and his unkempt appearance and his inhumane living conditions, he is now often refused into restaurants, barbers & cafes. As his advocate I had noticed a rapid decline in his health due to lack of stimulation, but am so heartwarmed to hear that you treat him with such amazing service every single day. Each little conversation really makes a huge impact on his day & his mind A huge thank you and your for all they do for Gerry. It's things like this that bring people together & make our community so strong ❤️ Nothing better than a nice at the hub on a Sunday morning, I’ve been here quite a while ago, and I will be coming back very soon. The food and is delicious and there is very hygiene as in other places there can be dirty dishes and tables but this place is one that is not like that, very comfortable in a hygienic environment. It is well situated right in the town just where I go for a little shopping, and just as I do, I always pass by this area and it is very handy because then I don’t have to drive up to anywhere and situate myself for a cup of I love visiting the hub so much.The barista Sveta makes the best matcha in town!Thank you for always the best experience!
