An owner even proposed to try grapes what were just harvested, so full of taste! These two brothers know what they are doing after 8 generations of wine. We learned all about the history and tasted about 8 unique wines. We loved all of them but especially the traditional. It is liquid gold! I would highly recommend this winery. You will not be disappointed. Nico was a fabulous host. He provided context and culture for each wine, and even delivered my phone to our tour guide on the side of the road when I left it behind. Definitely visit and stay awhile, as Nico is passionate about his multi-generational family winery. First time we visited here. We wanted to try some real local and we found it. The first step we took was the smell of wine! The place is clean. The owner is attentive and explains the history of his wines. We tried 7 different wines! Very impressed. We ended up buying 3 bottles of and 3 bottles of olive oil (the owner's friend sells olive oil which is very good quality). I highly recommend this place if you want good at a reasonable price that are real local. We had a great time visiting Vina Antičević earlier this month. My wife and I really enjoyed talking to the woman who runs the with her two sons. Besides being very knowledgeable, she was super personable. We could have stayed there all day talking to her. We went for a unplanned trip to Peljesac and ended up here. Welcoming host, are great! Host is pleasant and we are coming back in August. We had to taste a couple of different wines, and it was great. Host was a lovely lady, and she was so welcoming. We went home with couple of bottles and we are definitely coming back here. We are regular visitors to Croatia, not least because the is so good. We like to visit the smaller family wineries and Anticevic is a gem. They produce a wider variety of than most of the smaller wineries and they are all fantastic. The Mr Blue in particular is delicious, and a bargain at about 8 euro per bottle (as at May 2025).
