There's also a separate for 3 year olds and under to be used under adult supervision. The place is nice and and well managed by friendly and helpful staff who are always at hand to help you out. Parents and other accompanying adults can relax in the sitting which has tables and chairs and needs to be pre-booked. A small cafeteria provides you with wonderful food with a variety of options to choose from. Birthday parties and other celebrations can also be held over here. There are 3 timeslots to choose from and this is done to up the premises in between the slots. Ample parking space available and only card and contactless payments are accepted. There are numerous tables and chairs available for parents/minders to sit and keep an eye on things. There's a cafe on site that offers a ranage of hot and cold drinks, plus cakes, cookies, crisps etc. The young lady who tended to the birthday we went to today was great. Parking on site can be tight in between sessions. Our 15 month old had a fab at Jungle Kingdom this morning. A toddler with slides, toys, a tunnel and walls and a bigger for older children. Also a football/basketball court. Hand gel everywhere, simple online booking and check in systems. Allocated tables with plenty of room. little cafe with excellent coffee. Super friendly staff who are constantly cleaning surfaces and making sure everyone is having a great, safe time. Ball pit while C-19 restrictions are in place and a deep between sessions. It’s refreshing, I love that when you pre-book they assign a table to you and setup a high chair if you require it. It’s not massive but it’s a sized place & it’s not crazy busy either. Food isn’t overly expensive & was quick. My toddler loved it there Love this place. Limited numbers mean when it's busy it's still good. Cafe options are very varied and all good quality, coffee has room for improvement but the best 'soft coffee' I've had by far! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly caring and attentive to every detail. Rachel provided outstanding service and was fantastic from the very beginning through to the end of the party, including all the preparation beforehand. A massive thank you also to Naimh, she was the best host! The babies, toddlers, and adults all had a blast. Everything felt just right – the food was great, we especially loved the pizzas and baguettes, which were top-notch. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate our son’s special day. My love it, the equipment appears and in good condition. It’s busy in the school holidays but not unmanageable. Snacks aren’t extortionate like in some places. Staff are friendly. We’ve made Jungle Kingdom a regular stop on our yearly journey to our holiday destination, and it never disappoints. I visited with my three children and once again, it was spotlessly clean, well maintained, and felt incredibly safe — exactly what you want from a play. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere throughout was really pleasant. The café is too — reasonably priced and perfect for a break while the burn off some energy. It’s the ideal halfway stop for families on the go. Jungle Kingdom gets a solid 10/10 from us — already looking forward to next year’s visit! First visiting as a family of 5, love the idea of when booked online you get assigned a table on arrival, food is brilliant and not overpriced, even during half term it doesn’t seem crazy busy. Absolutely shocking service the food took well over an hour and was shocking I had a jacket potato which had roots on the bottom of it, I didn’t realise to start with as it was on the bottom. When I spoke to a lady about it she said there’s nothing we can do I can’t give you a refund because I ate half of it. When the food came, barely any of the chips were cooked properly, the burger was dry and chewy and no apology or reason for it taking an hour and 10 minutes. My friend ordered a jacket potatoe and to her disgust found the roots still attached at the bottom. When a complaint was made a drink was offered. Didn’t want the drink, wanted staff to acknowledge how unacceptable the food was for future reference. Prior to leaving, children needed to use the toilet, not one toilet could flush and the cleanliness was poor. Apparently the toilets had been like that for a while, mentioned other adults.
