This is a fantastic beach, so much space and such views. Dogs are allowed which is a bonus. is difficult when busy and there are not many toilets or bins but most people pick up their rubbish and take it with them. A decent beach, the water was still cold :-> (comeon its Ireland). But good for and trekking. Plenty of paid and free available. And at times some food vendors too. If if you have a dog then this is the place. The trail is really nice with fairy bridge and other attractions in the way. Great to visit when the tides are low. The strand is huge and almost expands around one square kilometer. There are hidden caves carved into the cliffs, some extends about 100 feets. Nice place to enjoy. Be cautious of areas with currents. Follow warning signs. Breath taking. Fine but remember NO FLAG NO LIFEGUARD . No swimming advised several people have been rescued from this and some have lost there life here sadly. Enjoy it but respect it.Charge on car park 2023! One of my favourite beaches in Ireland! It is from an walking distance from Bundoran City Centre - and you can walk on a seaside trail. They have a good (2€ per day) and there’s some portable loos near the parking, which is very convenient. It is a good spot for surfists or those who wanna learn, as there’s surf school tents near the as well. It is a perfect place to watch the sunset or sunrise- and if the forecast for northern lights is good, we had the chance the see the most one in this as well. The access to the is not the best and there’s a bit of a hill walk to get there, so would mind that in case of any disability. There’s some good options of food within walking distance and a nice cafe just at the entrance of the beach. A lovely place to enjoy and relax! Great , take care of the rip along cliff Not busy, spot. Great for surfers. Tranquil strip of sandy beach. No admission fee nor fee. The arches were rather interesting as was the Wishing Seat, a naturally formed set of stone roughly forming a chair. It is said, mostly for the benefit of attracting tourists, that you sit in the seat, close your eyes and firmly grasp the “armrests” and make a wish. If you don’t divulge your wish it might come true. Love it totally, didn't feel like coming back, just wanted to stay and admire these waves. Amazing place for and learning Tullan Strand is a 2km that stretches from the north end of Bundoran town to the Erne Estuary at Ballyshannon. There are 2 car parks here, one free and another paid one. Though the free car park gets filled up pretty quickly on weekends and holidays. You can usually see loads of surfers breaking the waves with their surfboards in this beach. You can get views of the from the cliffs above. All this with the backdrop of the Dartry Mountains. There is a nearby school where you can book courses and they will provide everything necessary to get you started. The is squeaky clean and the water is clear too. Kids had a wonderful time climbing the sand hills of the cliffs and also playing on the sandy beach. It's recommended to check the weather before you visit as it can get pretty windy during rough weather. Plage magnifique et calme le matin. Beaucoup plus propre que les plages alentours ! quiet beach, but you do need a basic level of fitness to get down and back up the hill. But it is really worth the effort. Awesome with excellent waves for with companies to allow hire if boards and wetsuits. Beware the sand dunes (just check the signs) Horse riding available as well Well. It’s a beach. Tullan Strand is not just a beach; it’s a retreat where nature’s beauty is on full display, offering a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. It truly is a gem on the Irish coast, perfect for those seeking serenity or adventure by the sea. and cliff top walk into the town. Free spaces before the pay&display for cars and motorhomes (6.5m max). Wonderful for a walk along the beach. Passed surfers, walkers and horse riders. Loved this place with a sandy beach. Popular with the surfers Lovely spot for a bit of tag rugby Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
