Lacks professionalism, and equipment is not of high quality or maintained well. the archery/airsoft ranges are an unsupervised accident waiting to happen with kids running around and attendants not much older than the children that hang about literally laying on couches rather than supervising. However, the kart racing track is a size and very well done, as is the foot-golf course in back. The value for money is good as well and they do offer combination packages that are pretty deals. Cannot speak for the climbing course as we've never tries it, but it looks fine for children. Excellent place, loads to do for both kids and adults Had a day! Went go-karting and high ropes. I had a ball! go-karting and the air soft and archery are good. A few more activities would be and the toilets and party area could do with a spruce up. 1st with the wee man just did quick 15min lap he loved it so did i. We will definitely be back hopefully new intrest for him. Wasnt prepared but would do 15 mins break then another 15 mins next time. 15 mins gets about 10 to 14 laps. Also did airsoft targets for extra few quid but wouldnt do it again ok as a oneoff. EGNORE ALL POSTIVE REVIEWS... I brought a group of teenagers today to take part in the climbing/obstacle course. Bearing in mind the group I brought were not use to climbing and wasn't overly confident with the heights they decided they wanted to challenge themself and attempt the course which by the way is a poor excuse for 15e per person once I seen it in person I new these would even blast through it in no time. Which they did. However I had a female amongest the group and she had attenpted climbing in a minimal capcity before but wasn't with heights. Although they were given harnesses and helmets they were then left to there own devices. None of the were asked any questions except informed to clip on throughout the course. At one stage the female got strandard and there was no staff even on the course to assist thus the person felt extremely scared and as a result came down from the course early. They advised nobody without a harness could climb understandable however there staff hadn't one on either a note to H&S and truth be told apart from a female who did her best but even she to failed as she was shouting messages to the rather than fully advising them prior. The manager was more like a bouncer he needs to greatly work on his professionalism and reduce his shouting. A course in skills would go a long way or perhaps step aside and let others do the simple job of interacting with politely. The entire process just left a very sore taste and wasn't worth 15e in anybodies book. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT EVER RECOMMEND. Surprised at how empty it was, very nice staff and cheap prices for a long of playing or doing various activities. Definitely recommend trying the zip line it is full of adventure. Terrible experience. I went with my friends and we all had a horrible time. All the beginner and advanced drivers were in the same course. Most workers would roar when you crash even though you are just getting used to driving.They did not even train us on how fast we can brake. No flags. I got bumped by an older driver and I sprained my wrist. No first aid was available. No one asked if i was ok they just roared at me its as if they took all the crashes personally. Do not recommend. It is a danger hazard. Good long course, one of the staff races too, so he can deal with stranded karts. That’s where the positives end. The wee boss man has mild case of undiagnosed Tourette’s, freely commenting on customers within earshot. Airsoft (safety glasses not offered despite ricochets) and archery rubbish. The bows are left strung full-time and are knackered, and possibly dangerous to use as they are liable to break. Karting jumpsuits very grubby and smelled of BO. There was a “new” balaclava in each of our helmets, but when I took mine off there were long blonde hairs in it (I'm brunette). I get the feeling the balaclavas that pass a sniff test remain in circulation. Toilets disgusting. Reluctantly accept cards/contactless, preferring cash. I wonder why? Long overdue a visit from HSA. Karting staff extremely rude, no instructions given then shout and threaten children when they mess up.
