Very very chewy cut of meat, although seasoned and cooked correctly, just a poor quality. Rest of the dish was tasty, just disappointed overall. I just came off the bus from Omagh and as soon as I entered a lovely waitress was right over to get me to a table. Although it was very busy the food was out extremely fast!
