Awful service, they refused to give us food because of a private party, which was 10-20 people in a restaurant that takes at least 50. Since there is no other place to eat in a 40km radius (around 1h drive), we begged them to prepare us the food to take away, and they refused that as well. So, avoid at all cost... Alright the place is in a perfect spot and it looks amazing outside and inside, but it seems nothing of its services is good. In my case, i only ate there with 5 of my friends and none of us were pleased with the food. First of all its well overpriced, which seemed fine at first because by the appearance of the place we concluded the food should taste fine. But it didnt, omlette was tasteles, and other meat meals we ordered had too small portions, tasted wierdly and not that good, and there was so little fries which came in the portion. The staff is weird, and you also pay for bread, which they apparently take off the table as soon as they see you put down your fork, which doesnt let you perhaps carry a thing you paid for home. Overall, 6 customers completely dissatisfied. One eternity later... You need to order at least 30 min. before you start eating. Very slow service. Expensive but nothing special (food is good, but slightly above average...price highly above). Knowing that there isnt ANY places to eat within a 40 KM radius this is TERRIBLE place. The food was preety average, nothing special but the waiting time was way too LONG and the price was WAY TOO HIGH with ABSOLUTLY NO REASON AT ALL. In other words: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Why 1? Because there is no 0. Perfect location for exploring this part of the mountain. Beautiful scenery, clean rooms and that is it. They have a problem with sewage that smells in the rooms. Staff in a bad mood that make you think they hate you for being there. Owner with his friends yelling and shutting doors loudly 24/7, loud music until late at night, and when we ask for the staff to turn it a little bit lower, they say - the boss said it to be loud. Mountain restaurant, a restaurant that is in a part of Serbia known for perfect lamb specialities and even more perfect cheese, milk etc specialities. But the restaurant doesn't serve any of these: no joghurt, no cheese, no har cheese, no lamb, no kačamak (traditional mountain breakfast in Serbia) - nothing. The portions are small, even children are still hungry after eating. Also you are not sure what to expect: one morning you will get three small hot dogs, tomorrow two; one morning you will have two-egg-omelette, tomorrow one-egg-omelette. Overpriced dinner! In general, dissapointing! Because after all you feel that you were not wellcome here, and they ripped you off and thats it. There is still so much for them to learn about tourism and hotel management and the consequences of not treating your guests not only nice, but not treating them at all! No matter who the guests are: that weekend the owners friends were some doctors people etc... but they also had tourist guide and an owner of a travel agency as a guest, who was dissatisfied with everything. You have to treat all of your guests the same. The idea is for them to come back. The view is amazing. The nature is beautiful and the air is fresh. Meals are large and delicious. Everything is clean and everyone is friendly. You won't regret. Beautiful place and amazing service overall. Hats off to the host who made us feel at home at all times.
