The township of Lari is already quite lovely, but being in the hill provides you with an amazing in all directions. If the weather is good, it's a must see! The Museum itself is more in the weaker end, informative texts and videos are available in either English or Italian, but the amount of exhibits is very limited. As of September 2024 the entry fee for the museum is 4 €, just going on to the hill and enjoying the view ist free. So nice and cozy castle. Love to have a walk around.
