We were told that due to a private event the was closed but we mentioned that we were visiting from California and the marketing manager, Ms Maria, graciously invited us to some tasting as well as some delicious appetizers and lunch. We were also pleasantly surprised that she kindly invited us to the private event in the evening where we could sample more from the and an amazing dinner with local twist. A beautiful building, though the design inspiration actually comes from all the unplastered houses that are, unfortunately due to widespread poverty, all too common across Slavonija. In contrast, inside you can find opulently outfitted lounges, meeting rooms and offices. The tour inside is impressive, staff very friendly and superb. Worth a visit. Osoblje bez imalo smisla za turizam, ako naručite degustaciju vina od 3 slijeda očekujte ništa. Dobijete prvo šampanjac bez prezentacije, nakon 3min donesu čašu graševine bez prezentacije , i na kraju slatko vino koje ako niste popili graševinu naspu u istu čašu. Sve u svemu ako dobijete vodu barem znate kaj pijete. Ako sjedite na terasi, muzika koju puštaju toliko je glasna da ne čujete svoje misli. Ako ih zamolite da malo smanje nemaju baš razumijevanja. They have excellent selection of wines, and it's a great way to try some true gems that reflect Kutjevo terroir. If you are white lover, you must try iconic Graševina wine, but we strongly recommend their Sauvignon Blanc too. The Rose is one of the best, don't miss out on it! If your love and passion are red wines, we recommend Galić 9. It's intensive, complex and powerful. 🧀 The plate was awesome, nicely decorated and delecious! We really adore homemade cheese from family farm Ribičić. Galileo Oak Barrel is something spectacular and unique. Must visit, must see! Place is aesthetically exquisite, modern and cosy, music is pleasant, very knowledgable and kind staff, shout out to the female sommelier Maria who left us in awe with her presentation. This is highly on our "must-visit-and-revisit-list" in Kutjevo, so we will definitely come back. Bought a glass of their wine, since it was the oldest at the festival (only 2016, but still).. just so that their representative could pour me something from a different bottle from behind the counter. Imagine my surprise, realizing whatever was in my glass wasn't even 2016 and it was diluted with WATER on top of all! Definitely the worst experience for a foreigner, the fact that I don't speak Croatian doesn't mean you can play your own customers. Absolute scam, not recommended. First class modern and food.
