The arena is equipped with 35 Laserforce Gen7 vests which are well being taken care of, 4 base targets, 2 beacons (for special abilites and bonus points, etc), a generator and a warbot. The maze has a challenging setup and is a lot of fun to play. The staff is always very friendly and helpul. At times the groups are mixed in terms of age and experience which is no big deal as the employees always try to balance the teams and there is also a level system in place: from level 4 onwards less experienced players for instance have to be tagged multiple times (2-9 times) while they only have to tag the experienced ones just once. Generally especially experienced players follow the fair play rules (which are also a part of the introduction video), and are for example not chasing players and tag them again just after they have been spawned again. In case of problems a game marshal could also take appropiate actions which typically is not needed though as everybody is there to have a great experience and a lot of fun. Good fun and quite exhausting. Perfect place for a team outing. Book at least two rounds A place with so much staff to play, the laser tag was awesome and the place itself is big enough to go in big groups. Awesome place! Worth every single cent spent there. And believe me you will want just one more round. By the way, it's better to go there during working week, because it's too crowded under holidays. Lasertag ist leider am Wochenende so gut wie unspielbar, die Halle ist für die Anzahl an Spielern, die reingelassen werden viel zu lang. Wir haben extra reserviert und es war trotzdem überfüllt. Wir haben als Entschädigung dann einen Gutschein für den „Cube“ bekommen und das halt als Gruppe wirklich Spaß gemacht. Großes Lob an die Frau Walter, die trotz sehr viel Stress sehr freundlich war. Unhöfliche Mitarbeiter! Wir waren dort wollten auch mit andern Leuten spielen und als es keine andern gab wollten wir Ticket zurückgeben und das einzige was die uns bieten konnten war 15 min auf der lichterfläche für 6 Tickets !!! 1 spiel kostet über 10€ und wir haben für 6 Tickets 15 min spielen dürfen ! Was soll das ?! Einfach top Wir waren zu dritt hatten sehr viel Spaß. Die Bahnen, die Atmosphäre einfach Mega. Man fühlt sich fast wie in einer Kunstgalerie alles schön zum ansehen. Das Personal super nett Lots of fun. Rules are a little confusing for laser tag. But with more visits one would get the hang of it. Loved it.. it's refreshing. The arena is big which was not expected. We played 5 teams with 6 members each. Perfect for team events or smaller groups. Best features like the warbot or beacons. Totally dumb game mode ruins the idea: More than two teams and "targets" to hit to get a high score. No bases and no need to reload at a base or similar. No fun at all, no dynamic in the game. Personal ist ziemlich überfordert mit den ganzen Kunden und ziemlich langsames service. Wir haben den Lasertag gebucht, und wollten in einer Gruppe spielen jedoch wurde ein spieler von uns ausgeschieden, was ziemlich schade war. Im Lasertag selber hat es auch nicht viel spaß gemacht weil es einfach zu viele Personen auf einmal gespielt haben, weswegen man direkt abgeschossen wurde. Gebuchter Slot wird nicht eingehalten und man wird mit kleinen Kindern gemischt, die sich nicht an ganz einfache Regeln halten. Sehr viel Auswahl und hat Mega Spaß gemacht . Alles wurde gut erklärt und die mit Arbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit . Die Mitarbeiterin Michelle war einfach top kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.
