LONG REVIEW:Crazy place where are getting even more crazy then they are…😅 Spacious playground with fast food options. You are allowed to bring fruit&vegetables and baby food. Everything else should be bought there, incl. water. can get cups and they can refill them. All should wear socks or no slip shoes. It’s not that clean there, with such amount of it’s not possible to keep it really clean. Especially, toilets because most use it on their own and there is water/wet paper towels everywhere. So it’s just up to your level of acceptance. Avoid school holidays and weekends, otherwise it gets really crowded. Free parking on premises is quite limited, some slots can be found next to gymnasium or in the nearby streets. It can get very hot there in summer or very cold in winter, there is no A/C or heating. So just be prepared with right (layer) clothes for that and best time to visit is fall/spring. No garderobe, just some shelves that are occupied very quickly. People leave their just on the floor or next to the tables with no supervision while parents watch their kinds. There are different playing zones, especially for 0-4years. You pay reduced fee for 1-3 years. Overall, it was a great experience and we will come back. With our own fruit&vegetables because this junk food options (fries, nuggets, burgers) were not for us. Birthday parties for school age are common there. I’ve noticed that the at this indoor play area in Karlsruhe consistently appear rude, stressed, and impolite. Unfortunately, this behavior seems to affect the quality of care provided to the children, leading to concerning situations. Today (2024-12-09) for example, the police had to stop by, which is unsettling for both and parents. It’s disappointing to see such an environment in a place meant for fun and safety. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses them to improve both demeanor and overall safety. love it! We had even our birthday party there and joined also many parties in the venue but we have also been just like that. It’s quite an impressive area, that can host from young to a bit older ones. They have also an arcade space that is quite nice as well as some « kart » area that is also quite fun. Trampolines, ball pit, anything you could imagine at a soft play. The are amazing and will help you out with anything you need. The food is normal fast food style but it’s ok and love it. What you need to keep in mind while hosting a party is that even though you can bring a cake, you cannot have candles (no fire) in the venue. Parking can be a pain during rush hours but in general it’s ok. The only thing that I would dare to complain about is that every time we have been (and it’s a lot of times) our child has told us that there is puke somewhere on the mats of the big structure. That is to be expected if you feed your kid and then send them bouncing around, but then it doesn’t get immediately cleaned and as a result step on it and transfer it everywhere. So warn your to be mindful and not stepping on anything weird if they can avoid it 😂 ⚠️ Must have: SOCKS - preferably anti slide. You can also buy them at the venue. I suggest to reduce some seating and add more games. The playground is nice, and the can have lots of fun. The only problem is the WC. The entire floor is wet. How are supposed to do they're thing, if the WC is not clean?!... It’s so much loud and and doesn’t make sense when parents walk with shoes but kid without , it’s same floor or? It's awful because they are saving money on heating and they heat the place up only at weekends as there are many kids.We are used to go during weekdays and we do not feel that we are inside because of severe cold. Great experience! The had great fun for 4 hours. Definitely recommended during the colder / rainier months . Food was also nice :) Gute Einrichtung, Personal ist nett und kompetent. Having birthday party in Monkey Town was fun. But they have few items that has to be paid like small cars with 1 € if a package including that for all within the price of per ticket would be good.
