Nice paddle down the maas on a summer's day. Great time for the whole family and also company team building Beautiful day turned to horrible customer service. Paddled 13 KM on 2 persons kayak. We asked/called for service to be picked up when we saw the bus drive by and they told us no we needed to go to the half way point. So when we reached 13 KM half way point. We walked half KM to wait for the bus that they had told us would pick us up. We waited and called. The women who answered claimed to be the manager and said she didn’t know where the bus was and that she couldn’t help us. She hung up on us and was very rude. We had to taxi back to our car. Horrible customer service. They even called us and threatened us and yelled when we told them that we were takin our own way back. I do not recommend this kayak company. Fun activity, although the water is very low this time of year. Because if this you have to exit the cano and drag it over the rocks in several places. Superb day with 9km canoeing. not on time. bad service. no water in the river, boat had to be pushed in many places along the route, company still sells the trip. not recommended The tour was really enjoyable and interesting. The team was super friendly and gave good advice. Unfortunately the (mandatory) life saving vests were a bit smelly, so if you have your own be sure to bring it. Very good service from the very first call. The staff was nice and, the route is very very beautiful. It took us 4,5 hrs total but we stopped in a bar halfway through and spent good 1 hr there. So jt depends on your tempo, around 2,5 - 3,5 hrs to complete 13 km route. Beautiful nature, lot of wild horses. I would recommend this experience. From far one of the best experiences! To recommend!
