Cozy atmosphere, modern interior, very professional and polite staff :) Varied menu with appetizers, soups, salads, main course and of course desserts. Restaurant have cooperation with local winery "Abavas vīni", so there are a big choice of their wines (recommend). Prices are avarage. Free parking lot near the restaurant. Very cosy place, interior, warm inside. Food was also great however we had to wait very long until we were served and got food. Such a great experience! The menu has a wide selection and variety; the waiter was incredibly helpful and kind. I asked for extra toppings on a pizza and a glass of plain ice, which were provided without question. The food was amazing too! I'm totally a sucker for gluten, and let me tell you, the calzone pizza crust was HEAVENLY. I urge you to order the orange-basil lemonade. Delicious. I would 100% recommend. Food was genuinely very tasty and the atmosphere of the place was very pleasant. Be sure to try their wines :) We ordered a pizza, pasta Carbonara and a mushroom soup. All of them were veryyy tasty! We also decided to try some local ciders- the waiter was very helpful, he helped us decide which ones we should try since we prefer dry cider over sweet. I suggest you to do the tasting- they offer you to try 4 ciders of your choice for 10 EUR in total. The waiter really knew what he was talking about...we are glad we decided to have lunch at RestoTerase! It was an overall amazing experience! What a surprise for such a small town - rather glamorous interior and very good food and drink choice(from local vineyard of Abava). Definitely worth a stop! And the price is affordable (good service, quality food, presentation and drinks!) The restaurant is beautiful and has a rich heritage, and I look forward to visiting it again in Riga. We stopped by on a bike trip through Latvia and enjoyed an incredible meal! We were grateful for the English speaking, friendly staff members. We ordered a pizza, the spinach tortellini, and a salad to eat, and tried two of their locally made ciders to drink. Everything was absolutely delicious (the pizza was made by an Italian chef!), and the atmosphere of the restaurant was lovely! We highly recommend :) Small, but cozy place.
