My grandchildren s favorite place! Brilliant day out. Lots to do. Lovely cafe friendly staff. Lockers and when you leave the kids are exhausted! Book in advance! Also not too expensive! Kids love it We always have fun here; we love coming to the toddler/tots session so that my can around without getting bumped by older kids. It’s that there’s also a soft play section integrated into the centre, but it would be nice if you could access them separately (e.g. if you can with a younger child while an older child was jumping). There are lockers to store your things on while you jump. They have combination codes which you can set, so don’t require a coin; this is in principle, but a lot of them get locked by people who don’t read the instructions properly (and sometimes messing about). The toilets are clean (although we always come first thing in the morning, so I can’t comment as the day progresses). After you finishing jumping, you have to exit through the mini arcade, so this could be an expensive addition to the trip. There is also a cafe where non-jumpers can sit and watch. the food is not always good and arent as lively as they used to be but everything else is so fun and good Kids had a today. ate very friendly and the place is nice and clean. A big shout out to Bella who was in the climbing wall helping my five year old daughter as she has a dress on, we'd come straight from a party. She was kind a helpful to the children. Also Louis and Tomos were very good. Didn't catch any other names. A few hours out. Highly recommend 👌 Evan was a superb host, assisting with all our boys 7th needs. Jam was brilliant fun for all the kids. Absolutely amazing venue. James went above and beyond to explain and help us and the assistant in the cafe was delightful too! Thank you ever so much! James and the team go above and beyond for Hunter, who is autistic and has difficulty with open spaces. They always make him feel comfortable and supported. This is truly one of the best places for autistic in South Wales. I can't thank the enough. If i could give 0, I would! We booked a joint children's 6th party. One child is GF, we were reassured from Jam on many occasions that they will be able to accommodate a GF child. Upon arrival we told the again and we were reassured once again. Then about 15 minutes into the we were told there is no food for the GF girl. Us, the customer found a resolution but the manager kept telling us they went 'above and beyond' for us. No, we called Asda, we got them to put suitable food at the front desk. You just had to collect it and cook it. Also, it was part of the agreement you would cater for one GF child. Had we known you would fail to comply with our agreement of the party, we would have NEVER of booked with you. The room was dirty and sticky. It was advertised that we would get music and a 42 inch tv for entertainment. No TV and a faulty speaker that didn't work was provided. The boy and girl did not get the card which was also promised. The was badly organised. A lot promised but Jam massively failed. The got into the room at about 11.10/11.15 due to them starting their late. We were approached at 11.25 and told we had to leave in 10 minutes. The food was rushed. We did not leave until 11.45 as that was part of the agreement when we booked a party. However, it was all about the turn-around rather than consumer experiance. The whole idea was for it to be stress-free. However, it was nothing but STRESSFUL! I paid a lot of money to not even get a sincere apology from the manager. It was all about the money. Expectations were set upon booking, but not delivered. A real disappointment. Poor planning skills and so much upheaval from the and manager. Our complaint has yet to be logged formally and no resolution found as I would have expected. Communication after booking was shocking. I contacted Jam everyday for 2 weeks to reconfirm the GF food. I did not get answered to. I then emailed asking for them to call me. This was never actioned. When we made a complaint all the could say was 'i am sorry' on repeat. In customer service, you apologise once, anything more is not sincere. The manager didn't have the for us either and had zero apology. If anything he was rude and did not acknowledge our experiance. Please, if you have food allergies or want a stress-free for your child's birthday; save your money and go else where! Inclusively went out the window. I'm sure the press, social media and even Natasha's army would LOVE to hear about this story!! ##update## Our concerns with Jam have been resolved and we are pleased with the outcome. Thank you for hearing us out with our concerns. A managed by the wonderful Iona. She was welcoming and very sweet, we wouldn't have been able to tell it was her first managing a but knew as she told as afterwards. She was very accommodating and patient. The laser jam were very supportive and understanding to the who had diverse needs who hadn't been to laser tag before and lots of fun was had by all! the food was brought all together and all warm and really enjoyed by all those who attended and the areas we visited were very clean! Thank you all for a day to celebrate Dylan's 11th birthday. Booked for a children’s 11th to include Laser Tag, food and then a session. One of the guests is strictly gluten free and despite pre ordering this option it wasn’t prepared at the same as the other guests. Unfortunately due to timings and a very rigid policy on when sessions can start we had 10 youngsters who had to “hang around” for 25 minutes waiting for the final part of the party, despite the host saying the girls could go straight into the trampoline area. They no longer announce the start of the next session, so even more delay… area and LaserTag areas seem very well maintained and staffed. The cafe and room areas are looking very tired and could do with more proactive cleaning throughout and a deep clean… sofas are threadbare and need to be binned… We had my daughter's 7th at Jam and in her words it was "AMAZING" 🥳 The ran smoothly, AJ was our host and she was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. She even organised a game of Musical Statues after food to my daughter's favourite Taylor Swift song 🎵 😍 Definitely would come again! A lovely afternoon in jam again. Despite it being very busy all had huge smiles and were very friendly. Cafe very helpful and Helped my overwhelmed little one pick a drink out of the many options. Huge shout out to Morgan who recognised my little boy and greeted him with a high five. Little one was thrilled the manager remembered him from his party. My boy felt like a celebrity. jam is very inclusive and has been with my little with special needs. Love the positive energy being there. Also love how happy jam makes my little boy thank you xx host! Evie made sure everything ran smoothly even with a couple of delays which were to be expected with back to back parties. The kids had a and really enjoyed themselves in laser tag Excellent party, were amazing. AJ in particular was outstanding very helpful and explained everything. Really happy with the service. Had alot of fun with my friends but their was no basketball in the basketball area. Fantastic for my 8 year old today. He and all his friends thoroughly enjoyed. Iona was amazing and couldn't have been more helpful. Thank!! A fantastic event for all my kids family and friends. The food was great. Plenty of drinks and a very helpful all around. Evie was our host and she made our a one with the help of Tuli who was also there for anything we needed. All in all an extremely well run venue 10/10 Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
