Lane 10 - wired hanging down, knocking pins over. Balls all stuck down the lanes. Can clearly see there's too much pressure to run a place with not enough staff. Place has dipped massively! Slow,service, waited to be served for bowling, then had to queue to order food and drinks , customer service not the best rather grumpy , not really value for money , we waited ages for food and had finished our game Went on a Saturday evening at 5pm. Had a quick drink prior to our booking, tables all filthy and seating broken. Told our lane was ready so made our way to find it was covered in the previous bookings food and drinks, couldn’t sit down as it was filthy. It's dirty with food and drink stains on the walls and the table cloth. The tables are dusty and warn. The balls are old. The whole place needs a revamp badly. There is no seating anymore and it's freezing. If you're serious about pool, I'd go somewhere else. was all good, as was the majority of the service provided. Although I dont like pizza it was the scabbiest pizza I.ve ever seen and was told it tastes like cardboard . Booked 2 slots for karaoke for my daughters birthday, 1.5 hours after 1 hour they tried to kick the party out, they made them wait 15 mins to confirm they had a 2nd booking, even when my daughter showed them the booking confirmation, not good enough they didnt then allow them the following half hour, was also late going in, was told to wait by the karaoke doors and they would be called but I had to get 10 mins after our start as noone came to let us in, no organisation We come as a group a few and always seems hectic with never available at the bar , but we came to tonight and have a few drinks, member Jack behind the bar was such a laugh and made the night amazing with his humour (& his hovering )definitely be back if Jack's working , he seems to be running a one man show , cant fault him ...also he didn't pay me to to say this either 🤣 Quite dissapointed with his new area. Toddler was absolutely tiny - just a couple of blocks and a slide. Could probably fit 2 toddlers and 2 adults comfortably inside to be able to move around. Also, the were letting children visibly older than 3 into this which I think defeats the point of it being an for toddlers. At one point the gate was even left open and my friend’s little one tried running out. The larger was not supervised properly either and at one point I saw a grown man coming down the slide inside. It’s very worrying that you are allowing adults into an where children are unsupervised. Also, if you haven’t got a seat at the front by the gates then you have to sit around the side on the window ledge or on the floor. This means you are unable to see your child come in or out. Just really poorly managed/supervised. I wouldn’t go back again. Only positive thing I can say is that it’s cheap. The new is great! Super clean and lots to do. Both my 9 year old and 2 year old loved it. Nice little safe toddler too although it's not very big. Super reasonable price...£3.50 off peak which is much cheaper then alot of plays. Only thing I think it could benifit from is an that has lockers or something. Being on my own with a toddler meant having to leave our bag at the seats and that's just in the arcade that anyone can get to.
